The Union is promoting <strong>greater<\/strong> <strong>gender<\/strong> <strong>equality<\/strong> in the labour market. In this context, it promotes a <strong>mix of legislation, policy guidelines and financial support<\/strong>. However, <strong>much<\/strong> <strong>remains<\/strong> to be done.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The centre is located at 93 Petra Street, Kolonos<\/strong>. <strong>Suitable spaces<\/strong> have been created to support <strong>young <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/category_of_beneficiary\/individuals-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">women<\/a> 18-35 years old<\/strong> with specialized staff and logistical equipment to <strong>train them<\/strong> in <strong>new tools<\/strong> and to <strong>help them achieve<\/strong> a <strong>better professional position<\/strong>. Through the project, <strong>ActionAid<\/strong> invites them:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>take part in training sessions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>acquire knowledge of essential digital tools<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>learn about new jobs and network with companies<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In addition, it gives the opportunity to attend debates by actors working on women&#8217;s rights and gender issues.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u03a3\u03c4\u03bf \u03c0\u03bb\u03b1\u03af\u03c3\u03b9\u03bf \u03c4\u03bf\u03c5 <strong>INTERNISA \u03ad\u03c7\u03b5\u03b9 \u03b4\u03b7\u03bc\u03b9\u03bf\u03c5\u03c1\u03b3\u03b7\u03b8\u03b5\u03af, \u03b5\u03c0\u03af\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2<\/strong>, \u03c0\u03bb\u03b1\u03c4\u03c6\u03cc\u03c1\u03bc\u03b1.
