{"id":9507,"date":"2023-03-01T12:25:30","date_gmt":"2023-03-01T12:25:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-espa.summerize.io\/hotels-three-interventions-on-energy-costs\/"},"modified":"2023-08-30T23:54:48","modified_gmt":"2023-08-30T23:54:48","slug":"hotels-three-interventions-on-energy-costs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/hotels-three-interventions-on-energy-costs\/","title":{"rendered":"Hotels: Three interventions on energy costs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/xenodoxia-3-paremvasis-gia-to-energeiako-kostos-1024x658.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Three interventions to reduce <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/energy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">energy<\/a> costs for hotels<\/strong> were discussed in <strong>Conference<\/strong> which was attended by the Minister of State, Akis Skertsos, the Minister of Environment and Energy, Kostas Skrekas, the Minister of Tourism, Vassilis Kikilias, the President of the Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises (SETE), Yannis Retsos and the President of the Panhellenic Federation of Hoteliers (POX), Grigoris Tasios.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8220;I save &#8211; I do business&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first action concerns the <strong>new programme &#8220;Economize &#8211; Entrepreneur&#8221;<\/strong>. A recently introduced programme that is expected to <strong>200 million from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minfin.gr\/tameio-anakampses\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Recovery and Resilience Fund.<\/a> euros<\/strong>. The programme aims to improve the energy efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises. It includes <strong>a specific allocation of EUR 100 million. euros for the tourism sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hotel energy communities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second initiative, as Mr. Skrekas, is that <strong>\u03b5\u03be\u03b5\u03c4\u03ac\u03b6\u03b5\u03c4\u03b1\u03b9 \u03b7 \u03b4\u03c5\u03bd\u03b1\u03c4\u03cc\u03c4\u03b7\u03c4\u03b1 \u03b4\u03b7\u03bc\u03b9\u03bf\u03c5\u03c1\u03b3\u03af\u03b1\u03c2 \u03b5\u03bd\u03b5\u03c1\u03b3\u03b5\u03b9\u03b1\u03ba\u03ce\u03bd \u03ba\u03bf\u03b9\u03bd\u03bf\u03c4\u03ae\u03c4\u03c9\u03bd \u03b3\u03b9\u03b1 \u03c4\u03b9\u03c2 <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/hotels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u03be\u03b5\u03bd\u03bf\u03b4\u03bf\u03c7\u03b5\u03b9\u03b1\u03ba\u03ad\u03c2<\/a> \u03bc\u03bf\u03bd\u03ac\u03b4\u03b5\u03c2.<\/strong> These communities will be able to <strong>\u03b5\u03bd\u03c4\u03b1\u03c7\u03b8\u03bf\u03cd\u03bd \u03c3\u03b5 \u03c3\u03c7\u03ae\u03bc\u03b1 \u03b5\u03b9\u03ba\u03bf\u03bd\u03b9\u03ba\u03bf\u03cd \u03b5\u03bd\u03b5\u03c1\u03b3\u03b5\u03b9\u03b1\u03ba\u03bf\u03cd \u03c3\u03c5\u03bc\u03c8\u03b7\u03c6\u03b9\u03c3\u03bc\u03bf\u03cd<\/strong>. \u0395\u03c0\u03b9\u03c0\u03bb\u03ad\u03bf\u03bd added to the <strong>horizontal state subsidy of heating oil by 25 cents<\/strong>, will include, among other things:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>expenditure on electromechanical equipment<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>thermal insulation interventions and installation of renewable energy systems<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Minister of
