Two <strong>initiatives<\/strong> for <strong>changemakers<\/strong> to <strong>enter<\/strong> and\/or <strong>progress<\/strong> in the <strong>labour market<\/strong>, making it better for all.<\/p>\n\n<p>With a focus on empowering <strong>women<\/strong> and fostering a more equal and inclusive culture at work, this <strong>year Women On Top&#8217;s Annual Equality in Business Day<\/strong> will <strong>have a Hackathon feel<\/strong> and will welcome <strong>real D&amp;I challenges<\/strong> posed by our leading supporter companies.<\/p>\n\n<p>Building on these, the <strong>individuals<\/strong> and <strong>teams<\/strong> participating in the hackathon, from different industries and fields, will <strong>work together<\/strong> to <strong>develop<\/strong> <strong>viable<\/strong> <strong>ideas<\/strong> <strong>and<\/strong> <strong>tools<\/strong> that will solve real challenges, making the <strong>a more equal working environment in the <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/category_of_beneficiary\/businesses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">business<\/a> world<\/strong>. In the end, the  <strong>jury<\/strong> will <strong>select<\/strong> the <strong>winning teams<\/strong> who will <strong>win relevant prizes<\/strong> and may have the opportunity to <strong>see<\/strong> their<strong> innovative solution put into practice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>To take part in the action  <strong>Women On Top<\/strong> &#8216;s Hackathon,  you <strong>don&#8217;t<\/strong> have <strong>to<\/strong> have  <strong>no previous experience<\/strong>.
