In particular, the winners <strong>startups<\/strong> of the <strong>Elevate Greece Startup Awards 2022<\/strong> can <strong>participate<\/strong> in an <strong>exclusive three-month leadership training<\/strong> program of Startup Pathways, the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pla.pierce.gr\/el\/pierce-leadership-academy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Leaders Academy<\/a><\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>startups<\/strong> that will <strong>benefit<\/strong> from <strong>Startup Pathways<\/strong>&#8216; <strong>innovative<\/strong> Leadership <strong>training<\/strong> are the award winners:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Digisec<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Safesize<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>TwobullMediTherapy<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3DHUB<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cloudeo<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>iDNA<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>COVARIANCE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>It is recalled that the <strong>first joint action of the two organizations was in 2022<\/strong> with the preparation of the Greek <strong>delegation<\/strong> of Elevate Greece for the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.athenarc.gr\/el\/news\/expo-2020-dubai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Dubai Expo 2020<\/a><\/strong> through the Expo Experts workshop.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>Leaders Academy<\/strong> is the flagship of Startup Pathways&#8217; educational programs. It is a <strong>premium leadership course<\/strong>, specifically designed for scale up founders and C-level executives The program is also offered tailored <strong>as an internal training<\/strong> for companies that want to <strong>build<\/strong> their <strong>corporate<\/strong> <strong>culture<\/strong> and strengthen the management skills of their people.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C4;&#x3B1;-leadership-skills\"><strong>The leadership skills<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Through innovative tools, <strong>interactive<\/strong> <strong>dialogues<\/strong> and <strong>experiential<\/strong> <strong>workshops<\/strong>, participants develop their own authentic <strong>leadership skills<\/strong> in order to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inspire with their vision, integrating it into a shared conscious work culture<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cultivate a feedback culture in the company, whether it is about praise or points for improvement<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communicate difficult decisions and changes, organising the transition to a new reality<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manage reactions, tensions and conflicts, without the team losing its motivation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Use emotion to achieve sales by activating the potential customer&#8217;s decision triggers<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Build their image as authentic leaders, creating their personal leadership style<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The programme, which <strong>has already been trusted by more than 55 executives<\/strong> of top scale up companies with tangible results in their business productivity, will <strong>run<\/strong> <strong>from February to May.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>This is followed by <strong>1:1 personal coaching<\/strong> with the <strong>participants<\/strong> for practical application of the training in their own scale up.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Startup Pathways<\/strong>, <strong>consisting<\/strong> strictly of <strong>second degree certified coaches and trainers<\/strong> and also <strong>Greek HR<\/strong> <strong>professionals<\/strong>, has been <strong>in<\/strong> the <strong>ecosystem since 2014<\/strong> as the first and so far only group of professionals that focus on the person and not the idea or the business.
