The re-launch of<\/strong> the agri-food sub-projects, Innovation and Green Transition in Agro-processing<\/a><\/strong>, Modernisation of the Primary Sector<\/a><\/strong> and Restructuring of Crops<\/a><\/strong> of the Recovery and Resilience Fund<\/strong>, announced by<\/strong> the the Secretary General of Agricultural Policy and International Relations<\/a> Mr. Konstantinos Baginetas<\/strong> during his speech at an informative workshop, held in the framework of Zootechnia 2023.<\/p>\n\n

Specifically, following the great interest<\/strong> shown in the sub-projects<\/strong> Innovation and Green Transition in the Processing of Agricultural Products<\/strong> and Modernization of the Primary Sector<\/strong> at a joint meeting of the Minister of Rural Development and Food Mr. George Georgantas and the Deputy Minister of Finance Mr. Theo Skylakakis with the participation of Mr. Bagineta, it was decided<\/strong> to re-announce<\/strong> the two sub-projects.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

It was also decided, given its importance<\/strong> for the primary<\/strong> sector<\/strong> and agri-food, to re-launch<\/strong> the Crop Restructuring<\/strong> sub-project. This will provide another opportunity<\/strong> for the Collective Schemes<\/strong> to expand their market<\/strong> outlets<\/strong> .<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

It should be noted that 69 proposals<\/strong> were submitted for the sub-project Restructuring of Crops<\/strong> for a total investment of \u20ac 46.840.700<\/strong>. The initial<\/strong> budget<\/strong> provided for was EUR 166 720 000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

“With the new<\/strong> notices<\/strong> cover the the real<\/strong> needs of<\/strong> the primary<\/strong> sector<\/strong>, the primary<\/strong> sector, the financial<\/strong> instruments<\/strong> of the Recovery Fund<\/a><\/strong> and the possibility<\/strong> to the country’s agricultural<\/strong> economy<\/strong>, through modernization and its energy<\/a><\/strong> and digital upgrading<\/a><\/strong>, to become sustainable<\/strong> and competitive<\/strong>,” the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development said in an announcement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
