{"id":9254,"date":"2023-02-21T10:01:56","date_gmt":"2023-02-21T10:01:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-espa.summerize.io\/ninth-amendment-of-the-action-entrepreneurship-toolbox-trade-catering-education\/"},"modified":"2023-07-21T10:49:52","modified_gmt":"2023-07-21T10:49:52","slug":"ninth-amendment-of-the-action-entrepreneurship-toolbox-trade-catering-education","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/ninth-amendment-of-the-action-entrepreneurship-toolbox-trade-catering-education\/","title":{"rendered":"Ninth modification of the Entrepreneurship Toolbox Action: Trade, Catering, Education"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/enati-tropopoihsi-tis-drasis-ergaleiothiki-epixeirimatikotitas-emporio-estiasi-ekpaideusi-1024x272.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The <strong><sup>9th<\/sup> amendment of the Call for applications for funding<\/strong> investment projects of the <strong>Entrepreneurship Toolbox<\/strong> <strong>Action<\/strong> has been published: Trade, Catering, Education of the EAFRD, according to which the duration of the implementation of investment projects <strong>is extended by three months until 31-12-2023 at the latest<\/strong>. <strong>You can read more information about the action <a href=\"http:\/\/www.antagonistikotita.gr\/epanek\/prokirixeis.asp?id=45\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Action is co-financed by the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/factsheets\/el\/sheet\/95\/el-fondo-europeo-de-desarrollo-regional-feder-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">European Regional Development Fund<\/a><\/strong> (ERDF) of the European Union and by national resources.<\/p>\n\n<p>See the 9<sup>th<\/sup> amendment of the Action <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/programmata\/entrepreneurship-toolkit-trade-focus-education\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3CC;&#x3C7;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3B4;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Objective of the Action<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The <strong>Entrepreneurship Toolbox<\/strong> Action: Trade-Food-Training aims to <strong>strengthen existing small and micro enterprises<\/strong> that are active:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/retail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">retail trade<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the provision of <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/hospitality\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">catering services<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the provision of <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/education\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">private education<\/a>&#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/health-medication-social-welfare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">social care<\/a> services<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>in order to <strong>upgrade<\/strong> their <strong>level<\/strong> of <strong>operational<\/strong> <strong>organisation<\/strong> and <strong>functioning.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Budget of the Action<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>80 million euros<\/strong> for all regions of the country<\/p>\n\n<p>The Action is <strong>co-financed<\/strong> by the <strong>European Regional Development Fund<\/strong> (ERDF) of the European Union and by <strong>national resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Beneficiaries of the Action <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Small and very small enterprises<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Investment projects &amp; Subsidy <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Investment projects from <strong>10.000 euros<\/strong> to <strong>150.000 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>50% subsidy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Basic Conditions for Participation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Companies must cumulatively meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>have the status of small and very small enterprises<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>have closed at least three (3) administrative years of twelve months duration;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>have at least one eligible NACE code listed in Annex II &#8220;ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES (NACE)&#8221; as an active main or secondary activity throughout these three (3) financial years<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>have the year preceding the electronic submission of the funding proposal as a minimum:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; 1 annual work unit (AWU) for the retail trade sector<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; 2 AWU for the restaurant sector<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; 3 AWU for the education and social work sector<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligible expenditure<\/strong> <strong>of the Entrepreneurship Programme<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Buildings, Facilities and Surroundings up to 100% of the investment project<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Interventions for:<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; Energy saving<br\/>&#8211; Improving health and safety<br\/>&#8211; facilitating accessibility for people with disabilities<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Machinery and equipment up to 100% of the investment project<\/strong><br\/><strong>Supply and installation of equipment<\/strong> for:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/energy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Energy saving<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/health-medication-social-welfare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Improving hygiene<\/a><\/strong> and safety on the premises<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; Supply and installation of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/information-communications-technologies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ICT equipment<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Means of transport<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>&#8211; up to EUR 25,000 and up to 30% of the investment plan for retail-food service enterprises<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; up to 100% for education-social care enterprises<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Digital Promotion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certification of services and\/or processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wage costs of employees (new staff)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Costs of studies\/training\/monitoring of the investment project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The <strong>starting<\/strong> <strong>date<\/strong> for the eligibility of expenditure is the <strong>date<\/strong> of <strong>publication<\/strong> of the call for proposals.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Time of Implementation of Investment Plans<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Up to <strong>thirty (30) months and one hundred and thirty-two (132) days<\/strong> in total from the date of adoption of the Inclusion Decision. In the event that a deadline set out above expires on a non-working day, it shall be extended until the first working day.<\/p>\n\n<p>When the completion dates of the physical and financial object are <strong>later<\/strong> than <strong>31-12-2023<\/strong>, then the <strong>deadline<\/strong> for <strong>completion<\/strong> is set at <strong>31-12-2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Electronic submission<\/strong> <strong>Applications for the Entrepreneurship Toolkit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Businesses submit <strong>an online application for funding<\/strong> accompanied by an <strong>online application file<\/strong> to the State Aid Information System (PASKE), at: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ependyseis.gr\/mis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>www.ependyseis.gr<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The electronic application file includes the <strong>required<\/strong> application\/registration <strong>documents<\/strong> of Annex I <strong>in a non-editable electronic file format<\/strong> (e.g. <strong>pdf file<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n<p>Investment projects will be <strong>evaluated<\/strong> on the basis of <strong>objective<\/strong> <strong>criteria<\/strong> as described in the tables of the Evaluation Criteria.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>ATTENTION<\/strong>: Please note that each <strong>attached<\/strong> <strong>document<\/strong> must have a maximum <strong>capacity<\/strong> of <strong>10 MB<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>New users when registering in the State Aid Information System (SAIS):<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>select: &#8220;Support for Entrepreneurship Actions&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>fill in the VAT number of the business and then<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>select the Action entitled: Entrepreneurship Toolbox: Trade &#8211; Catering &#8211; Education<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 9th amendment of the Call for applications for funding investment projects of the Entrepreneurship Toolbox Action has been published: Trade, Catering, Education of the EAFRD, according to which the duration of the implementation of investment projects is extended by three months until 31-12-2023 at the latest.
