The purpose is to ensure a <strong>valid<\/strong> and <strong>smooth<\/strong> <strong>preparation<\/strong> of the eligible <strong>investment<\/strong> <strong>projects<\/strong> on the <strong>part<\/strong> of the <strong>interested<\/strong> <strong>investors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>Fair Development Transition<\/strong> Aid <strong>Scheme<\/strong> spatially covers the <strong>areas<\/strong> of the <strong>Fair Transition Territorial Plans of Western Macedonia and Megalopolis<\/strong>, of the Fair Development Transition Programme 2021\/27, and more specifically:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>all municipalities of the Region of Western Macedonia and<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the Municipalities of Megalopolis, Tripoli, Gortynia and Oichalia of the Peloponnese Region<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The <strong>total budget<\/strong> of the scheme amounts to <strong>380 million euros<\/strong>. It draws these <strong>resources<\/strong> from the co-funded <strong>Fair Development Transition Programme 2021\/27<\/strong> (RDP 2021-2027). The <strong>266 million euros are allocated for investment project support in Western Macedonia.<\/strong> The <strong>remaining 114 million euros<\/strong> is earmarked for investment project aid in the <strong>municipalities of Megalopolis, Tripoli, Gortynia and Oihalia in the Peloponnese Region<\/strong>. In particular, the total budget is broken down geographically as follows:<\/p>\n\n<p>a. <strong>E.S.DI.M. of Western Macedonia<\/strong>. <strong>70% of the total budget<\/strong> (266.000.000 euro) of which <strong>30%<\/strong> (79.800.000 euro) to each of the <strong>Regional Units of Kozani<\/strong> and <strong>Florina<\/strong> and <strong>20%<\/strong> (53.200.000 euro) to each of <strong>the Regional Units of Grevena<\/strong> and <strong>Kastoria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u03b2. E.S.D.I.M. Megalopolis<\/strong>. <strong>30%<\/strong> (114.000.000 euro) of the total budget of which <strong>50%<\/strong> (57.000.000 euro) in the area of the <strong>Municipality of Megalopolis<\/strong> and <strong>50%<\/strong> (57.000.000 euro) equally distributed in the areas of the neighbouring <strong>Municipalities of Tripoli, Gortynia and Oichalia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>incentive of the grant and subsidy of the cost of employment<\/strong> created is set at the <strong>maximum limits (100%)<\/strong> of the Regional Aid Charter for the <strong>Regional Unit of Kozani and Florina and the Municipality of Megalopolis and 90% in the Regional Units of Kastoria and Grevena and the Municipalities of Tripoli, Oichalia and Gortynia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3CD;&#x3C8;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3B4;&#x3C5;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3CE;&#x3BD;-&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3B5;&#x3B4;&#x3AF;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;\"><strong>Amount of investment projects<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The <strong>Fair Development Transition<\/strong> scheme can support <strong>investment projects<\/strong> for all categories of enterprises, with the following minimum budget limits:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>very small-sized enterprises: 100.000 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>small-sized enterprises: 250.000 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>medium-sized enterprises: 500.000 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>large enterprises: 15.000.000 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>A <strong>basic condition<\/strong> for the submission of an investment project to the <strong>Fair Development Transition<\/strong> Scheme is that it has been <strong>classified as an &#8220;RDP project&#8221;<\/strong> by the competent RDP Project Characterisation Committee of Law 4872\/2021.<\/p>\n\n<p>It is noted that the <strong>maximum aid ceilings<\/strong> of the Regional Aid Charter have been increased <strong>by 10%<\/strong> in the <strong>transition areas<\/strong>, so that now for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/large\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">large<\/a> enterprises<\/strong> the <strong>aid rate is 50%<\/strong>, for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/medium\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">medium-sized<\/a> enterprises 60%<\/strong> and for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/small\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">small<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/very-small\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">micro<\/a> enterprises 70%.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.contracts.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">General Directorate for Development Laws &amp; Foreign Direct Investmen<\/a>t of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindev.gov.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Ministry of Development &amp; Investment<\/a><\/strong> <strong>will be responsible<\/strong> for the assessment and implementation of investment projects for the Fair Development Transition Scheme. It <strong>should be noted<\/strong> that, when assessing the investment projects submitted, <strong>priority<\/strong> will be given to the <strong>creation of new jobs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>submission of investment projects<\/strong> for the Fair Development Transition will be done <strong>online<\/strong> through the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ependyseis.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">State Aid Information System<\/a><\/strong> (PSKE) of the programming period 2021\/27. The submission will <strong>start<\/strong> with the <strong>launch<\/strong> <strong>of the<\/strong> <strong>system.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The objective of the implementation of the Fair Development Transition Regime of Development Law 4887\/2022 is <strong>to enable the areas affected by the de-lignification process<\/strong>to address <strong>in<\/strong> a developmentally equitable manner <strong>the social, labour, economic and environmental impacts<\/strong> of our country&#8217;s transition to a climate-neutral economy and a <strong>more balanced and sustainable development.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The announcement of the Fair Development Transition Aid Scheme of the Development Law 4887\/2022 was announced.
