{"id":9203,"date":"2023-02-19T17:44:51","date_gmt":"2023-02-19T17:44:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-espa.summerize.io\/economize-integrate-third-modification-of-the-call-for-action\/"},"modified":"2023-07-21T13:22:39","modified_gmt":"2023-07-21T13:22:39","slug":"economize-integrate-third-modification-of-the-call-for-action","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/economize-integrate-third-modification-of-the-call-for-action\/","title":{"rendered":"I save &#8211; I am autonomous: Third modification of the Call to Action"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/exoikonomo-autonomo-triti-tropopoihsi-tis-prosklisis-tis-drasis-1024x525.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The Official Gazette of the third (3rd) amendment of the Call for Action of the ERANEK was published<strong> &#8220;Save-Integrate&#8221;.<\/strong> For applications for subordination, where the deadline for accepting the Subordination Decision and signing the loan agreement (where required), <strong>shall expire between 01\/10\/2022 and 28\/01\/2023<\/strong>, <strong>is automatically extended until 29\/1\/2023.<\/strong> Where the deadline for completion of the project <strong>expires between 31\/10\/2022 and 27\/02\/2023, it shall be automatically extended until 28\/2\/2023<\/strong>. The <strong>new deadlines<\/strong> will be given <strong>automatically<\/strong> in the <strong>application information system<\/strong> and no action by the beneficiaries is required.<\/p>\n\n<p>For more information, interested parties can also visit the website <a href=\"https:\/\/exoikonomo2020.gov.gr\/welcome\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>exoikonomo2020.gov.gr<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Programme consists in providing incentives for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/energy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">energy saving interventions<\/a><\/strong> and strengthening <strong>energy<\/strong> autonomy in the residential building sector, aiming at reducing energy needs and the consumption of conventional fuels, in the context of the transition to a &#8220;Smart Home&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Budget of the Economize &#8211; Autonomo Programme<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>total budget<\/strong> of the programme is 896,75 <strong>million euro.<\/strong> The total public expenditure of the Programme amounts to <strong>692 million euros<\/strong> from the <strong>ERDF<\/strong> (of which <strong>\u20ac92 million<\/strong> of the budget is from the <strong>ExoEconomy II Fund<\/strong>), <strong>\u20ac34 million<\/strong> from the <strong>national MFF<\/strong> and <strong>\u20ac170.75 million<\/strong> from the <strong>CIPs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Action is co-financed by the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/factsheets\/el\/sheet\/95\/el-fondo-europeo-de-desarrollo-regional-feder-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">European Regional Development Fund<\/a><\/strong> (ERDF) of the European Union and national resources.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Beneficiaries of the programme<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Only natural persons who have the right of ownership (full or partial) or usufruct in an eligible residence<\/strong> are eligible to participate in the Programme.<\/p>\n\n<p>Especially in cases where the <strong>residence for which the application is made, during the 2019 tax year, is rented\/available for short-term rental or is vacant<\/strong>, as well as for the recent acquisition of a property, only <strong>the full owner or usufructuary<\/strong> is eligible to <strong>participate<\/strong> in the Programme.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Programme includes <strong>five (5) categories of incentives<\/strong>, in which the <strong>beneficiaries are included depending on their income<\/strong> and are described in detail in the Guide for the implementation of the Action.<\/p>\n\n<p>For multifamily applications, <strong>the grant rate is independent of the income of the apartment owners<\/strong> participating in the Program<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Eligible Houses in the Energy Efficiency &#8211; Autonomy Action<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<p>There are <strong>three (3) distinct types of applications<\/strong>, one (1) for individual apartments or single-family homes and two (2) for multi-family homes.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Application for an Individual Apartment or Single-Family House<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Application for Type A apartment building<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Application for Type B Apartment Building<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Please note that under no circumstances are properties in the building that are not used for residential purposes (e.g. a shop on the ground floor of a building) eligible.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>In order to be <strong>eligible<\/strong>, a <strong>residence<\/strong> must meet the following general conditions:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exists legally<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>It has not been deemed demolishable<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Used as main residence<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>It has been classified on the basis of the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) in a category lower or equal to C<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>It should be noted that due to the electronic cross-checks of the residence data entered in the application form with the corresponding data declared to the tax authority, it is <strong>necessary in the tenant&#8217;s income tax<\/strong> return (E1), or (if there is a lease of the main residence) in the detailed statement for rents of immovable property (E2), and in the declaration of real estate data (E9) <strong>include the electricity supply number of the property.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Subsidised Interventions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Eligible for the &#8220;\u0395\u03be\u03bf\u03b9\u03ba\u03bf\u03bd\u03bf\u03bc\u03ce-\u0391\u03c5\u03c4\u03bf\u03bd\u03bf\u03bc\u03ce&#8221; Programme are the costs related to works that will be carried out after the issuance of the first Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)<\/strong>. This EPC should have been issued based on the new framework for the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulation (DEPEA\/oik. 178581, Government Gazette B 2367\/12.07.2017) and should therefore be dated later than 26.11.2017.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>interventions<\/strong>, submitted with the application for inclusion in the Programme, <strong>are based on the recommendations of the Energy Inspector<\/strong> and relate exclusively to the following categories of eligible interventions:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Replacement of frames<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Installation\/ upgrade of thermal insulation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong> Heating\/ cooling system upgrade<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ZNX system using Renewable Energy Sources (RES)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>5. Other Savings &#8211; Autonomy Interventions (photovoltaic, smart home, elevator upgrades, etc.)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Eligible budget for energy saving &#8211; self-saving interventions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>eligible budget for energy saving interventions<\/strong> <strong>may not exceed 1.2 euro of the total primary energy saved (kWh)<\/strong> as shown in the Energy Performance Certificate A.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Maximum eligible budget for interventions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>EUR 48,500 for a detached house\/individual apartment\/apartment as part of a type A application for a block of flats<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EUR 76,270 for a type B application for a block of flats<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Grant rate<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The grant rate ranges from 35% to 100%.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>See detailed information about the Action &#8220;Economize &#8211; Autonomy&#8221; <a href=\"http:\/\/%CE%94%CF%81%CE%AC%CF%83%CE%B7%CF%82%20%CF%84%CE%BF%CF%85%20%CE%95%CE%A0%CE%91%CE%BD%CE%95%CE%9A\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Official Gazette of the third (3rd) amendment of the Call for Action of the ERANEK was published &#8220;Save-Integrate&#8221;.
