With a firm focus on enhancing entrepreneurship, the EEA will award <strong>small and medium-sized enterprises and professionals<\/strong>, who withstand successive economic crises, but also who have managed, <strong>with vision, effort and responsibility, to grow and innovate.<\/strong> This year&#8217;s major EEA event is scheduled in November.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Categories<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>The awards will be for one of the following categories<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Family business\/succession<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Successful\/Resilient Professional<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Extroverted entrepreneurship<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Innovative entrepreneurship<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Networking \u2013 Collaboration<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Social responsibility<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Start-up Entrepreneurship<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Women&#8217;s Entrepreneurship<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Evaluation criteria<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>The minimum criteria for the selection of enterprises and freelancers are as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Not be bankrupt, wound up or administered by the courts.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>They must not be subject to the recovery of aid from the implementation of a national or Community programme.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Operate legally, i.e. have the valid operating license, as the case may be.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>They must not be undertakings in difficulty as defined by the provisions of Article 2(2). 2.1, points 9, 10, 11 of the European Commission Guidelines (2004\/C\/244\/02).<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>To have the last two financial years (before depreciation &amp; taxes) profitable.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>There should be no overdue debts to the State, Banks, EFKA and other insurance funds.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Have maintained and\/or increased employment in 2021 compared to 2020 and continue the same practice in 2022.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Not to operate under a franchising agreement.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n<p>Start-ups provide data on those uses they have already closed, while if they have more than one year of operation they must maintain and \/ or have increased employment.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Required Documents for participation in the awards<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>In order to participate in this Call, interested parties must submit the following supporting documents:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Application form (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eea.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/%CE%91%CE%99%CE%A4%CE%97%CE%A3%CE%97-V1-%CE%93%CE%99%CE%91-%CE%92%CE%A1%CE%91%CE%92%CE%95%CE%99%CE%91-2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>DOWNLOAD HER<\/strong><strong>E<\/strong><\/a>).<\/li><li>a solemn declaration stating that all the information in the application is true (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eea.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/%CE%95%CE%95%CE%91-%CE%A5%CF%80%CE%B5%CF%8D%CE%B8%CF%85%CE%BD%CE%B7-%CE%94%CE%AE%CE%BB%CF%89%CF%83%CE%B7-%CE%A0%CF%81%CE%BF%CF%83%CF%89%CF%80%CE%B9%CE%BA%CE%AE%CF%82-%CE%9A%CE%B1%CF%84%CE%AC%CF%83%CF%84%CE%B1%CF%83%CE%B7%CF%82.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>DOWNLOAD HER<\/strong><strong>E<\/strong><\/a>).<\/li><\/ol>\n<p><strong>Applications shall be submitted electronically to the <a href=\"mailto:grammateia@eea.gr\">grammateia@eea.gr<\/a>, by 15 September 2022.<\/strong><strong>Tel. contact: 210 3380206, 210 3380203<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Make a phone appointment with us<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/calendly.com\/randevou-espa-news\/15min?month=2022-03\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Preparations have already begun for the 6th edition of the successful institution of the &#8220;Sustainable \u2013 Innovative &amp; Responsible Entrepreneurship&#8221; awards, which are awarded by the Athens Chamber of Commerce and are widely accepted by the business, chamber and political world.
