The fund was backed by, among others, a large number of entrepreneurs from <strong>Endeavor<\/strong> &#8216;s own network around the world. Entrepreneurs who want to invest in new innovative ideas and offer opportunities to visionary entrepreneurs operating in secondary markets. <strong>Endeavor Greece,<\/strong> the Greek office of <strong>Endeavor<\/strong>, is the largest shareholder among the 41 local offices of <strong>Endeavor<\/strong>, ensuring that  <strong>more than 15 million dollars <\/strong>are going <strong>to be invested in <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_type\/new-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Greek startups<\/a> within the next 2-3 years.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Since 2012 he has been investing in entrepreneurs-members of the organization. The investment is implemented if the <strong>companies meet specific criteria and wish to do so<\/strong>. More specifically, if an entrepreneur chooses as an <strong>Endeavor Entrepreneur<\/strong> and in the period after his selection <strong>raise a funding round of at least 5 million Dollars<\/strong> by institutional investors, <strong>then he\/she is entitled<\/strong>, if he\/she so wishes, to be supported by Catalyst, <strong>with funds reaching up to 10% of the round and up to 2 million dollars in total.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Endeavor&#8217;s global organization has built teams in a total of 41 markets around the world.<\/strong> The mission is to identify who are the <strong>high-impact entrepreneurs in the local market,<\/strong> i.e. those who <strong>have started the most innovative and promising companies<\/strong> and are in the process of growing them.
