Projects can now be received by the Intermediate Body<\/strong> after the preparation of the final verification – certification report without the presentation of an operating license.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

It is noted that at the stage of final certification and for the receipt of each project, the obligation to present, as a minimum, the application submitted to the competent body for the issue of the operating licence remains in force<\/strong>. In any case the beneficiary business of each transaction must submit an operating license or document documenting its legal operation no later than 30-9-2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
