Opens from today 1 June 2022 the \n Information System ERGANI<\/a>\n<\/strong> for submitting declarations to the SYN-ERGASIA<\/strong> mechanism, as follows:<\/p>\n\n

\u0391. For the month of May 2022 \u2013 Phase B <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

For the month of May 2022 \u2013 Phase B<\/strong>, it is possible to submit the statements “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM “CO-OPERATION” (PHASE B)” and “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM “CO-OPERATION” (PHASE B) – CORRECT REPETITION”. The dates are from 1\/6\/2022 to 10\/6\/2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u0392. For the months of January, February, March, April 2022 <\/strong>\u2013 Phase A (new deadline)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The possibility of submitting to the PS ERGANI<\/strong> of the declarations “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF INTEGRATION INTO THE MECHANISM (A’ – PHASE)” and “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF INTEGRATION INTO THE MECHANISM “COOPERATION” (A’ – PHASE) – REPLY” by enterprises – employers wishing to join the Mechanism for the months of January, February, March and April 2022, <\/strong>who have not submitted Phase B for the respective month. Applications are submitted from 1\/6\/2022 to 4\/6\/2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In any case, the obligation remains to notify in advance any change or modification of the organization of working time through the form E4: Establishment Plan \u2013 Supplementary Working Hours of the employees who are included in the Mechanism, for the respective months of inclusion in the Mechanism.<\/p>\n\n

C. For the months of January, February, March, April 2022 \u2013 Second Phase of COOPERATION (new deadline)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The possibility of submitting declarations is given \n businesses<\/a>\n<\/strong> “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE MECHANISM (PHASE B)” and “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE MECHANISM “CO-OPERATION” (PHASE B) – DEFINITE REPLACEMENT”, for the months of January, February, March and April 2022<\/strong>, from 5\/6\/2022 to 10\/6\/2022<\/strong> and only for:<\/p>\n\n
