{"id":8971,"date":"2023-01-11T14:12:25","date_gmt":"2023-01-11T14:12:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-espa.summerize.io\/emphasis-open-call-to-smes-startups-and-spin-offs\/"},"modified":"2023-08-22T09:15:46","modified_gmt":"2023-08-22T09:15:46","slug":"emphasis-open-call-to-smes-startups-and-spin-offs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/emphasis-open-call-to-smes-startups-and-spin-offs\/","title":{"rendered":"EMPHASIS: Open call to SMEs, startups and spin-offs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/emphasis-anoihti-prosklisi-se-mme-startups-kai-spin-offs-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The EMPHASIS project invites all the <strong> SMEs<\/strong>, the  <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_type\/new-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">startups<\/a>\n<\/strong> and the  <strong>spin-offs<\/strong> located in one of the eligible regions of Greece, Jordan, Spain, Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan, Spain, Lebanon, Egypt and Italy to submit their solution  <strong>one of the sustainable priorities<\/strong> as defined in the project; <strong>by 15 June 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Twenty-four (24) beneficiaries (4 per country)<\/strong> will be selected to receive <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/consultant-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">free innovation support services<\/a><\/strong> to develop new business ideas and network with partners in the project areas.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C4;&#x3B1;-&#x3BF;&#x3C6;&#x3AD;&#x3BB;&#x3B7;-&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3C3;&#x3C5;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C7;&#x3AE;&#x3C2;-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3CC;&#x3B3;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3BC;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;&#x3C2;-emphasis\"><strong>The benefits of participating in the Innovation Programme<\/strong> <strong>EMPHASIS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The <strong>selected SMEs<\/strong> will be supported by a team of experts to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Strengthen their capacity for technology\/product\/service innovation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Understand their opportunities for cross-border cooperation in the Mediterranean region<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prepare for the creation of Open Innovation projects with transnational actors<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Design with partners new innovative R&amp;D ideas in the targeted areas<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Develop their technical, commercial, financial and legal skills related to innovation and technology transfer<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Expand their network<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The deadline for submitting proposals is <strong>Wednesday 15\/6\/2022<\/strong>.
