The National Confederation of Persons with Disabilities (NCSD) is implementing a subsidised vocational counselling training<\/a> and certification programme for 3,000 unemployed young people with disabilities or chronic diseases<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Professional counseling includes individual and group counseling<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

A) Two individual counselling sessions, as well as a group session before the start of the training<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

B) A group session before the start of the internship<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Training Programme – Training Programme –<\/strong> Theoretical training<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The horizontal training programme will have a duration of 150 hours,<\/strong> while each of the specialised training programmes will have a duration of 150 hours. All programs will lead to certification.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The training programme for young people with disabilities <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n
    \n
  1. Horizontal Program (will be attended by all beneficiaries): “ICT skills”<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Specialized programs (each beneficiary will choose one of the following): a. Trade and Extroversion b. Office \/ Administrative Support Officer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    The theoretical training will last a total of 300 hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    Practice physical exercise<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

    The placement of the beneficiary will take place in a relevant internship position in companies of the private sector and in bodies of the public<\/strong> or wider public sector (eg in local government bodies). The traineeship will have a total duration of 200 hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    Certification of professional qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

    The certification of the knowledge and skills of the trainees<\/strong> acquired after successful completion of the training programmes will be implemented through examinations<\/strong>, which will be conducted by UCERT, an accredited body by the \n National Accreditation System<\/a>\n<\/strong> (ESYD) in accordance with the ISO\/IEC 17024 standard and accredited by the \n EOPPEP<\/a>\n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

    Participants<\/strong> in the training and certification actions receive an educational allowance of EUR 5 gross per hour of theoretical training and EUR 5 per hour of practical training,<\/strong> less statutory deductions, provided that they have completed the training and practical training and participated in the certification process. The maximum number of absences allowed should not exceed 20%<\/strong> of the total duration of the programme. Trainees who have exceeded the maximum number of permitted absences are not entitled to participate in the certification examinations,<\/strong> are not entitled to an educational allowance and are not issued with a certificate of attendance. The certification of possible absences is carried out through the daily program attendance sheets. Any absences of trainees, up to the permissible limit of 20%, result in a corresponding reduction in the amount of the educational allowance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    In order to be eligible to participate in the Vocational Training Programmes, each interested person must complete and submit a single Application Form<\/strong> in electronic form, via the internet, on the website: \n https:\/\/training.esamea.gr\/p\/m\/el-GR<\/a>\n<\/strong> the ‘Application for participation’ form, which serves as a Declaration of Responsibility. The deadline for the submission<\/strong> of electronic applications and supporting documents of the interested parties expires on 31\/10\/2022 at 23:59:59.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
