{"id":8908,"date":"2023-01-10T12:08:51","date_gmt":"2023-01-10T12:08:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-espa.summerize.io\/uncategorized\/development-law-first-call-for-tenders-for-the-aid-scheme-manufacturing-supply-chain\/"},"modified":"2023-08-21T13:16:54","modified_gmt":"2023-08-21T13:16:54","slug":"development-law-first-call-for-tenders-for-the-aid-scheme-manufacturing-supply-chain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/development-law-first-call-for-tenders-for-the-aid-scheme-manufacturing-supply-chain\/","title":{"rendered":"Development law &#8211; First publication of the aid scheme: manufacturing &#8211; supply chain"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/anaptyksiakos-nomos-proti-prokiriksi-gia-to-kathestos-enishysis-metapoiisi-efodiastiki-alysida-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The new Development Law 4887\/2022 is taking shape after the signing of the first <strong>notice<\/strong> for the<strong> Aid Scheme: manufacturing &#8211; supply chain<\/strong> by the Deputy Minister of Development and Investment, Mr. <strong>Nikos Papathanasis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The new development law <strong>it will substantially change the environment for granting state aid to private investment.<\/strong> This is in order to achieve <strong>making public funds as efficient as possible.<\/strong>  It is noted that, the  <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindev.gov.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Ministry of Development and Investments<\/a><\/strong>  took all the necessary steps, achieving the amendment of the Regional Aid Map and now in almost all regions of the country very high aid ceilings are set with special attention to the transition regions. Also, for the first time, <strong>it is possible to grant aid for expenditure not included in the Regional Aid Map<\/strong> such as:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Expenditure on consulting services to small and medium-sized enterprises<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>costs for recycling and reuse of waste, costs for vocational training, etc. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>A particular, <strong>important innovation<\/strong> is the <strong>new Integrated Information System (I.P.S. &#8211; An)<\/strong> that will support the entire &#8220;life cycle&#8221; of the investment plans of the Development Law. Through modern and automated methods, <strong>the simplification of procedures and the reduction of unnecessary bureaucracy are achieved<\/strong> in a particularly friendly environment for businesses with fast speeds.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3AF;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;-&#x3B5;&#x3C6;&#x3BF;&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3AE;-&#x3B1;&#x3BB;&#x3C5;&#x3C3;&#x3AF;&#x3B4;&#x3B1;-&#x3B5;&#x3BB;&#x3AC;&#x3C7;&#x3B9;&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;-&#x3CD;&#x3C8;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3BB;&#x3AD;&#x3BE;&#x3B9;&#x3BC;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;-&#x3BA;&#x3CC;&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;&#x3C2;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3B4;&#x3C5;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;-&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3B5;&#x3B4;&#x3AF;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;\"><strong>Manufacturing &#8211; Supply Chain &#8211;<\/strong> <strong>Minimum eligible costs of the investment project<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>In order to benefit from the aid scheme &#8220;Processing &#8211; Supply Chain&#8221;, the minimum amount of the eligible cost of the <strong>investment project<\/strong> shall be:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>a. \u20ac1,000,000 for <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/large\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">large enterprises<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>b. \u20ac500,000 for <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/medium\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">medium-sized enterprises<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>c. \u20ac250,000 for <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/small\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">small businesses<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>d. \u20ac100,000 for <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/very-small\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">micro-enterprises<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>e. 50,000 euros for Social Cooperative Enterprises (SCE), as well as Agricultural Cooperatives (DP), Urban Cooperatives, Producer Groups (OP) and Agricultural Partnerships (A.E.S.)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The starting date for the submission of applications<\/strong> for the inclusion of investment projects in this scheme is <strong>27<sup>th<\/sup> July 2022<\/strong> and the <strong>closing date<\/strong> of the submission cycle is <strong>31<sup>th<\/sup> October 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Applications will be submitted via the O.P.S. &#8211; AN<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/opsan.mindev.gov.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>https:\/\/opsan.mindev.gov.gr<\/strong><\/a>) from Wednesday 27 July 2022.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>For the full text of the call and more information<\/strong>, please visit the new website of the <strong>General Secretariat for Private Investment and PPPs<\/strong> (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ependyseis.mindev.gov.gr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">https:\/\/ependyseis.mindev.gov.gr<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/calendly.com\/randevou-espa-news\/15min?month=2022-03\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The new Development Law 4887\/2022 is taking shape after the signing of the first notice for the Aid Scheme: manufacturing &#8211; supply chain by the Deputy Minister of Development and Investment, Mr. Nikos Papathanasis.
