S. Sakkula, lawyers Yannis Billianis and Konstantinos Pikramenos present <strong>the book Startup Enterprise: The Legal Guide<\/strong>. This is the print, enhanced edition of the e-book of the same name, which is <strong>available free of charge from the publisher&#8217;s website<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The book brings together and analyses the basic legal concepts that one should have in mind when implementing a business idea. This is a project aimed <strong>at those who intend to <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_type\/start-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">establish a new business<\/a> regardless of their education.<\/strong> The reader:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>He will have a very good picture of the challenges he is going to face when he wants to implement his business idea and he will know how to look for the necessary tools.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>It will learn the legal framework within which it will operate and seek funding.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>He will know the greatest legal risks, but also how he can take preventive measures to prevent them.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>He will become familiar with the concept of intellectual and industrial property and trade secrets. In this way, he will be able to protect the know-how of his business.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Startup Enterprise &#8211; The Legal Guide&#8221; is introduced by Mr. Christos Dimas, Deputy Minister of Development and Investment with responsibility for Research and Innovation. As he points out, in the last two years, <strong>the State<\/strong>, through a series of systematic initiatives <strong>has actively contributed to the emergence and active support of the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.<\/strong> &#8220;With the guidance of this manual, <strong>The modern entrepreneur-startupper is adequately equipped with the necessary &#8220;legal tools, knowledge and directions<\/strong> that help him to realize and develop his business idea in a context of legal certainty.&#8221; The authors <strong>already had the opportunity to present<\/strong> to the students of the Metropolitan College a workshop on the establishment and operation of a startup.
