{"id":8835,"date":"2023-01-04T10:17:42","date_gmt":"2023-01-04T10:17:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-espa.summerize.io\/elevate-greece-institutional-supporter-of-the-hellenic-chamber-of-hotels\/"},"modified":"2023-09-05T05:16:45","modified_gmt":"2023-09-05T05:16:45","slug":"elevate-greece-institutional-supporter-of-the-hellenic-chamber-of-hotels","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/elevate-greece-institutional-supporter-of-the-hellenic-chamber-of-hotels\/","title":{"rendered":"Elevate Greece: Institutional supporter of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/elevate-greece-thesmikos-ypostiriktis-to-xee-1024x429.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>The rewarding and guidance of <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_type\/new-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">startups<\/a> active in <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/tourism-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tourism issues<\/a><\/strong> is at the heart of the Cooperation Agreement signed by the Deputy Minister of Development &amp; Investments, Mr. Christos Dimas and the president of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grhotels.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hellenic Chamber of Hotels<\/a><\/strong>, Mr. Alexandros Vasilikos (Elevate Greece) .<\/p>\n\n<p>The Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, as an institutional advisor to the State on tourism issues and h<strong>aving developed the CapsuleT Travel &amp; Hospitality Accelerator<\/strong>, the first accelerator of start-ups in the field of tourism, based on the Cooperation Agreement, undertakes an Institutional Supporter of the initiative of the Greek Government &#8220;<strong>Elevate Greece<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The &#8220;Elevate Greece&#8221; initiative aims to map start-ups<\/strong> through the <strong>National Register of Start-ups of the General Secretariat for Research and Innovation<\/strong> of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindev.gov.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Ministry of Development and Investments<\/a><\/strong> and to highlight a strong innovation ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-elevate-greece-&#x3B4;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C2;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;-&#x3BE;&#x3B5;&#x3B5;\"><strong>Elevate Greece &#8211;<\/strong> <strong>\u0394\u03c1\u03ac\u03c3\u03b5\u03b9\u03c2<\/strong> <strong>\u03c4\u03bf\u03c5 \u039e\u0395\u0395<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>According to the provisions of the Cooperation Agreement, the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, as an Institutional Supporter of Elevate Greece:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>A) Participates in the &#8220;National Start-up Entrepreneurship Awards&#8221;.<\/strong> It offers special cash prizes of a total value of 25,000 euros for Start-ups in the Tourism \/ Hospitality Category, which will focus on two themes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exports\/International Development &amp; Interconnection<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sustainability\/Social Entrepreneurship in Tourism<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>The Hellenic Chamber of Hotels participates as an exclusive Institutional Supporter<\/strong> in this category of awards for the tourism industry. It is <strong>possible for both parties to include additional supporters in this category<\/strong> by mutual decision and consultation.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>B) He participates in special committees \u2013 councils of Elevate Greece with an advisory character on tourism issues.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>C) Participates with speakers in annual local or international events, thematic workshops \/ seminars and \/ or mentoring of winning companies after recording the needs of Elevate Greece programs and in consultation with the Ministry of Development and the GSRT. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>All the above actions will support businesses registered in the National Register.<\/strong>They will <strong>be indicated by the GSRT to the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels<\/strong> or to businesses that the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels will wish to provide its services after approval by the GSRT.<\/p>\n\n<p>At the same time, the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels <strong>maintains in force the action program of the CapsuleT Travel &amp; Hospitality Accelerator.<\/strong> Its operation will continue <strong>independently but also in cooperation with Elevate Greece.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/calendly.com\/randevou-espa-news\/15min?month=2022-03\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The rewarding and guidance of startups active in tourism issues is at the heart of the Cooperation Agreement signed by the Deputy Minister of Development &amp; Investments, Mr. Christos Dimas and the president of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, Mr. Alexandros Vasilikos (Elevate Greece) .
