Georgiou I, 1).<\/p>\n\n<p>This training program specializes in training young people in roles:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>sellers and sellers for <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/retail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">retail stores<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>tourism enterprises (waiters\/s\/receptionists)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>businesses of health interest (hairdressers, waiters, beauty salons, etc.).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B8;&#x3B5;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3AD;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3CC;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C4;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3C0;&#x3C9;&#x3BB;&#x3AE;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C2;-&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3CC;-&#x3C4;&#x3B7;-&#x3B2;&#x3C1;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3C6;&#x3C4;&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3BD;-&#x3B4;&#x3AE;&#x3BC;&#x3BF;-&#x3B8;&#x3B5;&#x3C3;&#x3C3;&#x3B1;&#x3BB;&#x3BF;&#x3BD;&#x3AF;&#x3BA;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Thematic units for sales by &#8220;Vres Ftera&#8221; and the Municipality of Thessaloniki<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The syllabus will be completed in 50 hours and is divided into 3 pillars:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>digital skills<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>financial literacy<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>communication and sales techniques<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Upon successful completion of the program, one will be able to receive the <strong>relevant Certificate of Attendance<\/strong>. Training in the practical role in sales will enable anyone who takes part in this programme to, <strong>look for jobs by immediately upgrading their skills.<\/strong> The program is designed with the aim of <strong>provide adequate hours of practice<\/strong> in order for participants to be able to assume their role directly.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>A prerequisite<\/strong> for the participation of the interested parties is to <strong>have an active unemployment card during the last six months.<\/strong> In order to fill the positions, <strong>the order of priority will be strictly observed<\/strong> based on the submission of the expression of interest form.
