This measure was <strong>proposed by the European Commission.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>This Commission measure will first have to <strong>be approved by the co-legislators.<\/strong> This support will enable member states to decide to <strong>use available funds of up to 5% of their EAFRD budget for the years 2021-2022<\/strong> for direct income support to farmers and small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the sectors of:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>processing<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the trading<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the development of agricultural products<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Member States are required to focus this support on beneficiaries who are most affected by the current crisis and are active:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>in the circular economy<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>in nutrient management<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the efficient use of resources<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>environmentally and climate-friendly production methods<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3B8;&#x3AD;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;-&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3BC;&#x3AD;&#x3C2;-&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3BA;&#x3BF;&#x3BC;&#x3B9;&#x3C3;&#x3B9;&#x3CC;&#x3BD;\"><strong>Stocks oil<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>soybean seeds at EU and global level<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>This table provides market operators with a <strong>timely and accurate picture of the availability of commodities for food and feed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The emergency proposal<strong>follows the \u20ac500 million support package for EU farmers adopted on 23 March<\/strong> in the
