On 21\/3\/2016, a decision was adopted to amend the Call for Applications for funding of investment projects in the Action: \n Young Entrepreneurship<\/a>\n<\/strong> – \n NSRF 2014-2020<\/a>\n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

1st Amendment – Grounds for amendment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n
    \n
  1. Addition of a specific closing time for the submission of investment plans to the deadline for the submission of investment plans (end date 27\/04\/2016 at 17:00).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Modification of the start date for eligibility of expenditure, for the convenience of investors. It is set for 17\/3\/2016.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Correction to point 5 of Chapter I.1.4 “BENEFICIARIES \u2013 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION”, Paragraph “CATEGORY B \u2013 PROFESSIONAL OPERATORS” of the word ANNEX III instead of the correct ANNEX II and the addition of a restriction on SMR. Specifically, for Category B, the following also applies: “It is noted that it is not possible to start a business activity in a CAR that the partner(s) of the business plan already had as individual entrepreneurs on the date of publication of the call (they should be different(s) at primary level).”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Addition of clarification to point 4 of Chapter I.1.4 “BENEFICIARIES \u2013 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION”, Paragraph “CATEGORY B \u2013 EXERCISING PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY” and specifically that the business forms that the company to be established may have exclude single-member LTD and single-member IKE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Addition of a restriction to the Detailed Call as to the participation of a potential beneficiary in more than one EPANEK Action for which calls were published on 11 February 2016.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Addition of restriction point 10 to Chapter I.1.4 “BENEFICIARIES \u2013 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION”, Paragraph “CATEGORY B \u2013 PERSONS ENGAGED IN PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY” in the Detailed Call as follows: “10. The partner(s) of the business plan must have ceased their existing individual business activity by the date of submission of the integration documents.” respectively, a supporting document (certificate of cessation of work) is added to page 4, in Annex IV “REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR INTEGRATION” as point 13.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Addition of the word “subsidized” to the title of the third column of the Table in Paragraph I.1.6.1. ELIGIBLE COSTS OF THE DETAILED CALL. In particular, the title ‘Maximum eligible percentage \u2013 amount in the budget of the business plan’ is replaced by the following: ‘Maximum eligible percentage \u2013 amount in the subsidised budget of the business plan. Accordingly, the first point of page 16 after the table is amended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Clarification added on page 17 of Paragraph I.1.6.1. ELIGIBLE COSTS of the Detailed Call: “the business to be established should operate independently and in a properly designed area, outside the area of the professional’s residence (main and secondary) – (Annex III – Eligible Costs)”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Addition of clarification to the fifth point of page 27 of Paragraph I 1.12.2 MINOR AMENDMENTS to the Detailed Invitation. It is clarified that a transfer of seat to the residence of the beneficiary (main or secondary) is not accepted in the amendment: Change of seat of business and \/ or place of establishment, within the same Region.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Correction to the pages of the Analytical Challenge where the KAN is inadvertently stated. EU 1303\/2014 instead of the correct KAN. EU 1303\/2013.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Amendment to Annex II “Eligible activities (according to nace code)”. Specifically, the following are added: Nace Code of Veterinary Activities in Sector M: “Professional, Scientific and Technical Activities”, Nace code of Shipbuilding in Sector C “Manufacturing” and Nace code of Services for the operation of waterways and seagoing ships in the Sector “Transport and Storage”.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Addition of a clarification on page 1 of Annex III “ELIGIBLE EXPENDITURE”, Paragraph 1.1 “Rents of business premises” and in particular that: “The business should operate independently and in an appropriately designed space (outside the space of the residence – main or secondary – of the professional), in such a way as to serve its purpose satisfactorily.”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Deletion on page 9 of Annex III ‘ELIGIBLE COSTS’, paragraph ‘EVIDENCE OF REPAYMENT OF IMPLEMENTATION COSTS’ of the words ‘existing or’ to refer to wage costs of new staff.). For the rest, the provisions of the Call for the “Start-up Entrepreneurship” program apply (Decision with A.P. 667\/147\/A2\/11.02.2016 (b\/a MIS 001KE and code 1337)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
