Accessions are made according to the distribution of funds and until they are exhausted.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starting on September 29, 2017, the beneficiaries will be informed by the cooperating banks. They must sign the relevant contracts within 45 days.
