Beneficiaries for a subsidy program for businesses and employers for the employment of 2000 unemployed Persons with Disabilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The program is addressed to private enterprises, cooperatives, Social and Solidarity Economy Organizations, as defined in article 3 of the law. 4430\/2016 (\u0391\u2019 205). In general, to private sector employers who regularly carry out economic activity, as well as to Local Government enterprises of first and second degree.<\/p>\n\n

Through the program, the employment of these people is subsidized initially for twelve (12) months.<\/strong> There is also the possibility of two extensions<\/strong> of the time of subsidized employment for another twelve (12) plus another twelve (12) months<\/strong>. The subsidy for each month of employment of the unemployed beneficiaries amounts to 70%<\/strong> of the wage and non-wage costs. Analytically:<\/strong>-Up to the amount of 700 euros<\/strong> per month for full-time employees<\/strong>-Up to the amount of 350 euros<\/strong> per month for part-time employees.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

A prerequisite<\/strong> for the inclusion of a business in the program:Not to have reduced its staff<\/strong> during the three months prior to the date of submission of the application for funding.<\/p>\n\n

The unemployed do not apply themselves. They are indicated by a constituent note from the competent Service (Labour Office of Special Social Groups KPA2). The recommendation is made according to the professional choices of the unemployed Vulnerable Social Groups. They have been recorded in the Individual Action Plans in the process of the individualized approach.<\/p>\n\n

Businesses, cooperatives or bodies, of article 3 of law 4430\/2016 (A \u0301 205), that will be included in the program and will employ People with Disabilities, may also be included in a Program of Ergonomic Arrangement of the workplace. The Agency contributes 90% of the cost of the required expenditure for ergonomic workplace arrangements (adapted auxiliary technological facilities, adaptation of the workplace, special equipment, purchase of software for people with disabilities and other arrangements) and up to the amount of two thousand five hundred (2,500) euros.<\/p>\n\n
