The 4th Amendment of the Decision on the Inclusion of<\/strong> State Aid Actions under the call was announced: Upgrading Micro<\/a> & Small Enterprises<\/a> to develop their capacities in new markets<\/strong>, due to the inclusion of an additional 1,227 operations in the Action.<\/p>\n\n

4th Amendment<\/strong> of the Decision of Inclusion – Elements for the registration of operations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

With the Amendment of the Integration Decision,<\/strong> an additional one thousand two hundred and twenty-seven (1,227) projects \/ operations<\/strong> are included, with an additional budget of \u20ac 66,170,072.16.<\/strong> The total Public Expenditure amounts to \u20ac 293,118,141.24.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Beneficiaries’ Obligations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The specific conditions resulting from the aid scheme as well as the obligations arising from the ESI Funds Regulations are binding on each beneficiary. They are described by the Detailed Call of the Action, as applicable. Beneficiaries have the possibility to lodge an online appeal<\/strong> against this decision. It is submitted through the State Aid Information System<\/a><\/strong>, within an exclusive deadline of twenty (20) calendar days<\/strong>, from the day following its issuance. EFEPAE<\/a><\/strong> will inform each beneficiary electronically about its inclusion and in particular about its Technical Annex, which includes a clear and detailed description of the project to be executed, the timetable, its total budget, its sources and funding rate.<\/p>\n\n
