These Ministerial Decisions are issued in application of the Investment Law “I invest in Greece” (Law 4635\/2019)<\/strong> and have the scope of application of all investment projects that have been subject to all the aid schemes of the Development Law 4399\/2016<\/strong>, while they apply proportionally to the investment plans of Laws 3908\/2011, 3299\/2004 and 2601\/1998.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In addition, a strict control framework is established under the supervision of both the Ministry of Development and Investments and the Accounting Standardization and Auditing Committee (ELTE).<\/p>\n\n

In a statement on the occasion of the signing of the RM and the JMD, Mr. Adonis Georgiadis pointed out:<\/p>\n\n

“This is one of the biggest cuts we have made to date with a large footprint in growth and the creation of new jobs. With this new procedure, on the one hand, thousands of investment projects that were trapped in the cogs of bureaucracy are released, and on the other hand, new investment projects will now be implemented quickly and efficiently”.<\/p>\n\n
