Failure to meet this condition may result in the withdrawal of investment projects and the initiation of the procedure for the interest-bearing return of any public funding paid, in accordance with the applicable \u2013 where applicable \u2013 Institutional Framework.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The deadline for the completion of the funded investments is amended and cannot exceed <strong>thirty-six (36) months from the date of issue of the Integration Decision.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The obligation to submit the first Verification \u2013 Certification Request is amended. A project at least equal to <strong>25% of the approved subsidized budget<\/strong> of the investment must have been completed <strong>within the first twenty-four (24) months of its implementation.<\/strong> More specifically, <strong>twenty-four (24) months after the issuance of the integration decision<\/strong>, the company must have submitted in electronic and printed form a Request for Verification \u2013 Certification, which will be accompanied by the necessary supporting documents, for expenses amounting to at least 25% of the approved subsidized budget of the investment, if the date of completion of the financed investment exceeds the above-defined period of twenty-four (24) months.
