Yannis Tsakiris, and based on the principle of equal treatment, gives the opportunity to prospective investors who were rejected because of the indication of identifying elements of their name<\/strong> in fields in the information system where it was not explicitly and unambiguously mentioned in the relevant calls, to rejoin the process for re-evaluation<\/strong>. The decisions relate exclusively to these cases, regardless of whether or not they challenged the relevant rejections, and if the evaluation is positive to co-finance them.<\/p>\n\n

The present Decisions concern four actions of the Operational Programme “Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation” (EPAnEK)<\/strong> with the corresponding numbers of investment projects, as presented below:<\/p>\n\n
