and Specific Objective 4 &#8220;Increase of R&amp;D-Intensive New Enterprises (NEETs) in the priority areas of the Regional Smart Specialisation Strategy (RIS3)&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3AE;-&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3BA;&#x3B5;&#x3B4;&#x3BF;&#x3BD;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;-&#x3B8;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;&#x3BA;&#x3B7;-2014-2020-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3CC;&#x3C7;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3B4;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;\"><strong>\u0395\u03a0 \u0391\u03bd\u03b1\u03c4\u03bf\u03bb\u03b9\u03ba\u03ae \u039c\u03b1\u03ba\u03b5\u03b4\u03bf\u03bd\u03af\u03b1 \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 \u0398\u03c1\u03ac\u03ba\u03b7 2014-2020 &#8211; \u03a3\u03c4\u03cc\u03c7\u03bf\u03c2 \u03c4\u03b7\u03c2 \u0394\u03c1\u03ac\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The main objective of the Action is to support the establishment of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/very-small\/\">micro<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/small\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">small<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/medium\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">medium-sized<\/a> enterprises<\/strong> that will be active in the <strong>Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace<\/strong> by providing incentives for the development of entrepreneurship, to strengthen new business ideas through their transformation into marketable products \/ services.<\/p>\n\n<p>Beneficiaries, which may benefit from public funding under this action, are enterprises which will operate exclusively with one of the following forms of enterprise of a corporate \/ commercial nature: <strong>Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Anonyme, Limited Liability Company, General Partnership, Limited Partnership, IKE, Sole Proprietorship, Cooperative, Social Cooperative Enterprise of Law 4019\/2011 (SCE), Pleasure Ships Shipping Company (NEPA).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B1;&#x3BB;&#x3C5;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3AC;-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;&#x3C7;&#x3B5;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;-&#x3B4;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Action Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>The budget<\/strong> of the Public Expenditure of the Action amounts to <strong>5.000.000\u20ac.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The subsidized budget of each investment project varies<strong> from 20.000\u20ac to 285.000\u20ac. The aid intensity<\/strong> of investment proposals for the total eligible costs of investment projects under this Call is <strong>70%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The Public Expenditure of the Action<\/strong> is funded by the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/factsheets\/el\/sheet\/95\/el-fondo-europeo-de-desarrollo-regional-feder-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Greek State and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)<\/a><\/strong> under the Operational Programme &#8220;Eastern Macedonia and Thrace&#8221; 2014-2020<\/p>\n\n<p>The duration of the implementation of the projects is set <strong>up to 24 months from the publication of the Integration Decision.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The integration of the investment projects will be made by decision of the Regional Governor of <strong>Eastern Macedonia and Thrace.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The date of electronic submission of research proposals to the State Aid Information System (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ependyseis.gr\/mis\/(S(enqif54z5iy0fcmslnn3s4pf))\/System\/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fmis%2f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.ependyseis.gr\/mis<\/a><\/strong>) is set <strong>from 18-02-2020 until the deadline of 30-04-2020 at
