Last Monday, the Investment Committee of the Execonomy II Fund<\/a><\/strong> with the main objective of ensuring that the projects included in the first and second cycles of the programme energy saving<\/a><\/strong>, Savings at home II<\/strong>, will continue to be implemented, with obvious beneficial consequences for economic activity at a very difficult time.<\/p>\n\n

EXIKONOMISI KATIKON II – Inclusion of an additional 8,731 applications in the Second Cycle<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

In this context, the Commission approved the inclusion of 8,731 applications in the second cycle<\/strong> of the programme Exoikonomisi kath’ Oikon II<\/strong>, putting the relevant interventions on track for implementation.<\/p>\n\n

In particular, this inclusion includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • all applications without a loan, as well as<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • a significant number of applications with a loan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    The total eligible intervention budget of the applications exceeds EUR 146 million; euros<\/strong> and public expenditure 102 million euros<\/strong> (grant and loan).<\/p>\n\n

    To date, the total number of applications for inclusion in the second cycle<\/strong> exceeds 15,300<\/strong>. It is noted that, within the framework of the second cycle of the programme, 285 projects with a total budget of EUR 3.5 million have already been completed. euro.<\/p>\n\n

    In addition, the Commission approved the inclusion of a small number of applications in the first cycle of the programme, almost completing the applications of this cycle.<\/p>\n\n

    The total number of applications for inclusion in the first cycle<\/strong> so far amounts to 42,676<\/strong> applications, with a total intervention budget of \u20ac 637 million. euro. It is noted that, in the framework of the first cycle of the program, more than 36,200 applications have already been completed, with a total budget of \u20ac 484 million. euro.<\/p>\n\n
