The seventh (7th) Decision on the rejection of<\/strong> State Aid Actions<\/strong> under the Call for Proposals: the Competitiveness Toolbox for Small<\/a> and Micro<\/a> Enterprises<\/strong> of the European Regional Development Fund.<\/p>\n\n

7th Decision Rejecting Actions for the<\/strong> Competitiveness Toolbox<\/strong> – Reasons for rejection<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The Rejection Decision<\/strong> concerns the rejection of three hundred and eight (308) Actions, with<\/strong> a total budget of 20.141.883,82\u20ac<\/strong> public expenditure, as shown in Table 1 of the relevant Rejection Decision, which do not qualify for inclusion in the Action: the Competitiveness Toolbox for Small and Micro Enterprises<\/strong> with reference to the reasons for rejection.<\/p>\n\n

Candidates, whose applications for funding are hereby rejected, have once, per step of the evaluation process \u2013 as described in the Detailed Call, the possibility of electronically submitting an objection against it, through the State Aid Information System, within an exclusive period of twenty (20) calendar days<\/strong>, as from the day following the adoption of this Decision, as amended and in force, unless otherwise provided by decision of the Deputy Minister Development and Investment<\/a><\/strong> with specific reference to the action.<\/p>\n\n

Businesses interested in the Competitiveness Toolbox<\/strong> may submit up to two more new applications for funding<\/strong>, only if each of their previous applications has been rejected or there has been a written voluntary withdrawal of the previous application for funding. However, it is noted that, in case of an objection<\/strong>, it is not possible to resubmit the application for funding until the final decision on the submitted objection has been issued.<\/p>\n\n

EFEPAE<\/a><\/strong> will inform electronically, separately, each candidate whose application for funding has been rejected, with a clear and detailed reference to the reasons for his rejection.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
