{"id":8159,"date":"2022-12-06T10:55:55","date_gmt":"2022-12-06T10:55:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-espa.summerize.io\/new-action-e-retail-for-the-creation-upgrade-of-an-e-shop\/"},"modified":"2023-08-17T13:17:23","modified_gmt":"2023-08-17T13:17:23","slug":"new-action-e-retail-for-the-creation-upgrade-of-an-e-shop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/new-action-e-retail-for-the-creation-upgrade-of-an-e-shop\/","title":{"rendered":"New Action: e-retail for e-shop creation\/upgrade"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/drasi-e-lianiko-emporio-gia-dhmiourgia-e-shop-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The Notice of the Grant Action, <strong>e-Retail <\/strong>, which was awaited with great interest in the <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/retail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">commercial retail sector.<\/a>\n<\/strong> which has been severely affected at this time by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).<\/p>\n\n<p>The new <strong>e-Retail<\/strong> Action will be co-funded with resources from Greece and the European Union (<strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/factsheets\/el\/sheet\/95\/el-fondo-europeo-de-desarrollo-regional-feder-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">European Regional Development Fund &#8211; ERDF<\/a>\n<\/strong>) and aims to provide grants to <strong>SMEs<\/strong> for the <strong>creation or upgrading of<\/strong> an e-shop.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-e-&#x3BB;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3CC;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3BB;&#x3AD;&#x3BE;&#x3B9;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3C7;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C1;&#x3AE;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C2;\"><strong>e-Retail \u2013 Eligible businesses<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The following are eligible to apply:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_type\/established-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Existing businesses<\/a>\n<\/strong>, if they have been established and have acquired an eligible ID <strong>by 30\/09\/2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_type\/new-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Newly established businesses<\/a>\n<\/strong>, if they have been established and have acquired an eligible ID <strong>from 1\/10\/2019 until the date of the call for proposals<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Eligible for the Action are <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/medium\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">medium<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/small\/\">small<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/very-small\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">micro<\/a><\/strong> <strong>enterprises<\/strong> that meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>have as their main activity, at the head office or at the branch, or as an activity with the largest revenues the retail sector <strong>(nace code 47 and its Details)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maintain <strong>a physical retail store, in a separate area of their home<\/strong>, i.e. a commercial space that welcomes and serves customers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the head office and\/or branches have been suspended for at least one<\/strong> day from Wednesday 18 March 2020 onwards;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>existing businesses<\/strong> must have a <strong>decrease of at least 20% in their turnover in the 4th quarter of the year 2020 compared to the corresponding quarter of the year 2019<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3BB;&#x3AD;&#x3BE;&#x3B9;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B4;&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3AC;&#x3BD;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;-e-&#x3BB;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3CC;\"><strong>Eligible Expenditure for e-Retail<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The total grant amounts up to <strong>the amount of \u20ac 5,000.00 for each business<\/strong> for the purpose of developing and managing an online store and covers the following categories of costs:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><u>IT equipment (only for new online stores): Up to 30% of the total budget<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Servers \/ <strong>servers<\/strong> for hosting applications &#8211; software required for the creation \/ upgrade and operation of an online store, with its accompanying elements (keyboards, screen, etc.) and the required operating system. Acquisition in the form of Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS) is also permitted. In the case of acquisition in the form of Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS), the cost for one year is eligible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Desktop\/Laptop.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other technological <strong>equipment related to the creation \/ upgrade and operation of an online store<\/strong> (e.g. Network equipment, Bar code readers, printers, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p> <br\/><strong><u>Software: Up to 100% of the total budget<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>E-shop<\/strong> design, development and management services. It should operate in 2 languages, as well as in a mobile responsive or dedicated mobile version and integrate ordering (basket), warehouse (quantity of items) and secure electronic payments (redirect in a banking environment).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development and\/or certification of a <strong>digital security policy.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p> <br\/><strong>Note:<\/strong> In case of <strong>upgrade of an existing online store (<\/strong><strong>e<\/strong><strong>&#8211;<\/strong><strong>shop<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong> that the business had before 18\/3\/2020:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the costs of supplying equipment are not eligible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The total amount of the grant to the company may not exceed the amount of 1,500 euros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The starting date for eligibility of expenditure is <strong>18 March 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C7;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3AC;&#x3B3;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;-&#x3C5;&#x3BB;&#x3BF;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3AF;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Timetable for implementation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The deadline for the completion of the funded investments cannot exceed <strong>six (6) months from the date of issue of the Integration Decision.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;-&#x3B1;&#x3BE;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3CC;&#x3B3;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Evaluation process<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The evaluation process <strong>will be comparative based on the objective criterion of the decrease in turnover of the 4th quarter of the year 2020 compared to the 4th quarter of the year 2019<\/strong> and the approval of the grant of the funding applications will be made per Region Category.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>For start-ups the reduction will be considered 100% in their turnover.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><strong>Application deadline: 22\/02\/2021 &#8211; 24\/03\/2021<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.espa.io\/epidotisi\/forma-epikoinonias-e-shop\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Notice of the Grant Action, e-Retail , which was awaited with great interest in the commercial retail sector. which has been severely affected at this time by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
