Eligible businesses<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/medium\/\">Medium<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/small\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">small<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/very-small\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">micro enterprises<\/a><\/strong>, operating in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/retail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">retail sector<\/a><\/strong>, <strong>maintain a physical store<\/strong> and their <strong>operation has been suspended<\/strong> for at least one day from Wednesday, March 18, 2020 onwards.<\/p>\n\n<p>They may apply:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_type\/established-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Existing businesses<\/a>\n<\/strong>, if they have been established <strong>until 30.09.2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_type\/new-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Newly established businesses<\/a>\n<\/strong>, if they have been established <strong>from 1\/10\/2019 until 7\/11\/2020<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3CB;&#x3C0;&#x3CC;&#x3B8;&#x3B5;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;-&#x3C3;&#x3C5;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C7;&#x3AE;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Prerequisite for participation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The business must have completed (implementation, invoicing, payment as well as accounting of the relevant costs in the period from 18\/03\/2020 until before the submission of the application) the creation or upgrade of an online store <strong>(e-shop)<\/strong> that will meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>operate in <strong>two languages<\/strong> as well as <strong>in a mobile device environment \u2013 mobile responsive or dedicated mobile version,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be accompanied by ordering, <strong>warehouse and electronic payment software,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to ensure <strong>the access of people with disabilities<\/strong> <strong>to all the electronic services offered<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3BB;&#x3AD;&#x3BE;&#x3B9;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B4;&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3AC;&#x3BD;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Eligible expenditures<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Up to <strong>\u20ac5,000<\/strong> per business for the following costs:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Servers for hosting applications &#8211; software required for the creation \/ upgrade and operation of an online store, with its accompanying elements (keyboards, screen, etc.) and the required operating system. Acquisition in the form of Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS) is also allowed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computers (Desktop\/Laptop)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other technological equipment related to the creation \/ upgrade and operation of an online store (e.g. network equipment, Bar code readers, printers, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-shop design, development\/upgrade and management services including ordering, warehouse and electronic payment software and hosting services (hosting, collocation, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development and\/or certification of a digital security policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The starting date for eligibility of expenditure is <strong>18 March 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p>The Action for the creation \/ upgrade of an e-shop <strong>is expected to be announced within the month of January 2021<\/strong> and the <strong>submission period<\/strong> will be announced in the Call and will have a duration of <strong>at
