A new funding program through the NSRF<\/strong> with a 100% subsidy and up to \u20ac 5,000<\/strong> for the creation of an e-shop<\/strong> is expected to be activated soon for small and medium-sized enterprises.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The financial support program will concern existing<\/a><\/strong> small and medium-sized enterprises<\/strong>, which will be helped to develop online stores, thus promoting the digital transformation of Greek entrepreneurship, the vast majority of which consists of small and micro enterprises.<\/p>\n\n

100% subsidy for the creation of an e-shop<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The funding shall cover the 100% of the cost for the creation of the online store<\/strong> and is expected to concern exclusively the retail trade sector<\/a><\/strong>, as the services sector is covered by the existing action “Competitiveness Toolkit for Small and Very Small Enterprises”<\/strong>, to which applications for funding may be submitted until 31 January 2021.<\/p>\n\n

The amount to be subsidized by the European Union for the construction of an e-shop<\/strong> is \u20ac 80,000,000,<\/strong> extremely high, which can enable digital upgrade to at least 16,000 store owners.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

E-shops are now a one-way street for the survival of small and medium-sized enterprises in the midst of a pandemic. In this way, the physical presence of customers in the store is not required, as anyone who wishes, can proceed to an order from their place.<\/p>\n\n
