Nikos Papathanasis.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3C4;&#x3C5;&#x3BE;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;&#x3BA;&#x3CC;&#x3C2;-&#x3BD;&#x3CC;&#x3BC;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-4399-2016\"><strong>Development Law 4399\/2016<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The aid schemes are: the <strong>General Entrepreneurship<\/strong> scheme, with a budget of \u20ac350 million. and <strong>Entrepreneurship of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises<\/strong>, with a budget of \u20ac150 million. euro.<br\/> <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;&#x3C7;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3BB;&#x3AD;&#x3BE;&#x3B9;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B4;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3CC;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C4;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Beneficiaries &#8211; Eligible activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/hotels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hotels<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/camping-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">camping<\/a> of at least 3 star category<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Health tourism and medical tourism<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/manufacturing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Manufacturing<\/strong> \/ <strong>Industry<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/processing-of-agricultural-products\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Agri-Nutrition<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/energy\/\">Energy<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/supply-chain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Supply Chain<\/a>\/<a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/logistic-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Logistics<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/information-communications-technologies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3BB;&#x3AD;&#x3BE;&#x3B9;&#x3BC;&#x3BF;-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3B5;&#x3AF;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3B4;&#x3C5;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;-&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3B5;&#x3B4;&#x3AF;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;-&#x3C7;&#x3B1;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3BA;&#x3C4;&#x3AE;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3C2;-&#x3B1;&#x3C1;&#x3C7;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3AE;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3AD;&#x3BD;&#x3B4;&#x3C5;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Eligible subject of investment plan \u2013 Nature of initial investment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a new unit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacity expansion of an existing unit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diversification of a unit&#8217;s output into products or services that have never been produced in it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fundamental change of the entire production process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acquisition of assets of a unit that has ceased operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The application period for both schemes <strong>started on Tuesday 1 September 2020 and will run until 30 October 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Analytically:<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B3;&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3AE;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3C7;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C1;&#x3B7;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3CC;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3C4;&#x3C5;&#x3BE;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;&#x3BA;&#x3CC;&#x3C2;-&#x3BD;&#x3CC;&#x3BC;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-4399-2016\"><strong>General Entrepreneurship &#8211; Development Law 4399\/2016<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The total budget of the current scheme amounts <strong>to 350 million euros<\/strong>, of which <strong>140 milliion euros<\/strong> come from the Public Investment Budget and concern grants, leasing subsidies and subsidies for the cost of the employment created and the <strong>210 million euros<\/strong> concern tax exemptions.<\/p>\n\n<p>It is addressed to businesses that are established or have a branch in Greek territory in the form of a sole proprietorship, commercial company, cooperative, Co.S.E.P., Agricultural Cooperative, Group of Producers or Agricultural Partnerships.<\/p>\n\n<p><em><strong>Minimum amount of investment projects<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>eligible amount of investment<\/strong> for the inclusion of investment projects in this aid scheme is defined based on the size of the organization, namely:<\/p>\n\n<p>a. <strong>for <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/large\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">large companies<\/a><\/strong>, greater than 500,000 euros,<\/p>\n\n<p>b. <strong>for <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/medium\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">medium-sized enterprises<\/a> and cooperatives<\/strong> greater than 250,000 euros,<\/p>\n\n<p>c. <strong>for <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/small\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">small businesses<\/a><\/strong>, greater than 150,000 euros,<\/p>\n\n<p>d. <strong>for <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/very-small\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">very small businesses<\/a><\/strong>, greater than 100,000 euros.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/callme?program=geniki-epixeirimatikotita-anaptiksiakos-nomos-4399-2016-5i-prokiriksi\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3C7;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C1;&#x3B7;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3CC;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;-&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3CD;-&#x3BC;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3C1;&#x3CE;&#x3BD;-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;-&#x3BC;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3C1;&#x3CE;&#x3BD;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3C7;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C1;&#x3AE;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3C4;&#x3C5;&#x3BE;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;&#x3BA;&#x3CC;&#x3C2;-&#x3BD;&#x3CC;&#x3BC;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-4399-2016\"><strong>Entrepreneurship of Micro and Small Enterprises &#8211;
