{"id":8096,"date":"2022-12-01T12:39:44","date_gmt":"2022-12-01T12:39:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-espa.summerize.io\/2-month-extension-for-unemployment-and-long-term-unemployment-benefits\/"},"modified":"2023-08-16T07:39:21","modified_gmt":"2023-08-16T07:39:21","slug":"2-month-extension-for-unemployment-and-long-term-unemployment-benefits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/2-month-extension-for-unemployment-and-long-term-unemployment-benefits\/","title":{"rendered":"2-month extension for unemployment and long-term unemployment benefits"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/paratasi-diarkeias-2-minon-gia-epidomata-anergias-kai-makroxronia-anergous-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Published in Government Gazette was the <strong>Joint Ministerial Decision No. eco. 24760\/550\/2020<\/strong>  and matter: <strong>Extension of the duration of regular unemployment benefit, long-term unemployed allowance and unemployment benefits.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3B1;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;-&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3AC;&#x3C1;&#x3BA;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;&#x3C2;-&#x3C4;&#x3B1;&#x3BA;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3AE;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3B4;&#x3CC;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3B4;&#x3CC;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3BA;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3C7;&#x3C1;&#x3CC;&#x3BD;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3AD;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;-&#x3B2;&#x3BF;&#x3B7;&#x3B8;&#x3B7;&#x3BC;&#x3AC;&#x3C4;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Extension of the duration of regular unemployment benefit, long-term unemployment benefit and unemployment benefits<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>More specifically, the JMD signed by the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ypakp.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Minister of Labor and Social<\/a><\/strong> Affairs Mr. Vroutsis and the Deputy Minister of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minfin.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Finance<\/a><\/strong> Mr. Skylakakis, provides:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The duration of the  <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/aid_type\/public-employment-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">regular unemployment benefit<\/a>\n<\/strong>, the long-term unemployed allowance, the unemployment allowance for self-employed persons and persons insured under the  <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.efka.gov.gr\/el\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EFKA<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; t. O.A.E.E., t. E.T.A.P. &#8211; M.M.E. and the unemployment benefit for independently and independently employed insured persons of the EFKA &#8211; t. EBRD (t. Sector TSMEDE, t. Sector TSAY, t. Sector Insurance for Lawyers), <strong>for those beneficiaries who expired in May 2020<\/strong> and have not benefited from the extension of article 7 of the 20.3.2020 P.N.P. (A&#8217; 68), ratified by article 1 of law 4683\/2020 (A&#8217; 83), as amended by article 24 of the 30.3.2020 P.N.P. (A&#8217; 75), ratified by article 1 of law 4684\/2020 (A&#8217; 86) and as replaced by article 9 of law 4684\/2020 (A&#8217; 86), <strong>is extended for two (2) months.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The number of days of subsidy for unemployed persons during the extension period of par. 1 are excluded from the limitation of paragraph 1. 8 of Article 6 of Law No. 1545\/1985 (\u0391&#8217; 91).
