The official start of the 4th cycle of the Acceleration Programme<\/strong> (September 2021 – February 2022), the main pillar and reference axis for the actions of the CapsuleT,<\/sup> <\/strong>made the Hotel Chamber of Greece<\/a><\/strong>. In a live event, the CapsuleT<\/sup><\/strong>accelerator welcomed the 12<\/strong> teams that scored the highest score and were finally selected by the Jury to join the Acceleration Program<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

It is commonplace that, under the present difficult circumstances, the startups operating in tourism<\/a> need – more than ever – intensive support and guidance in order to optimally adapt to the new market needs<\/strong>. This is exactly what the accelerator will contribute decisively to this cycle, thanks to the valuable support of the HCH<\/strong> but also its strategic partners, with whom it co-designs the programme.<\/p>\n\n

The teams of the fourth CapsuleT cycle<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

    At the opening event of the fourth cycle, the startups welcomed The President of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, Mr. Alexandros Vassilikos<\/strong>. Afterwards, the startups that joined the program had the opportunity to make a brief presentation of their business proposal (elevator pitch) to members of the CapsuleT<\/sup><\/strong>. In addition, everyone had the opportunity to get to know each other, exchange views and learn more about the content of the 5-month program from the Director<\/strong> of the accelerator, Katerina Saridaki<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

    It is noted that the activities of the 4th cycle will take place in a hybrid format, with face-to-face and online meetings<\/strong> depending on the current measures, with the aim of course to protect all groups and stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n

    Actions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

    It is recalled that the accelerator program includes various actions. Among others, online workshops and mentoring sessions, participation in local and international exhibitions. Also an important part of it are the opportunities for presentations and “on-site visits” of groups with representatives of leading tourism companies. The Accelerator Program<\/strong> is offered to the selected candidates free of charge<\/strong> and without any other financial requirement. (Equity or shares from their company).<\/p>\n\n

    The progress and development of the teams in the program will be monitored by the Evaluation and Guidance Committee<\/strong> of the accelerator. The jury consists of 7 renowned judges. They come from both the hotel industry and the field of start-up entrepreneurship. At the same time, counseling will be provided by the mentors who will be assigned in the coming days to each team.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
