According to the <strong>ERGANI Information System<\/strong>, there is a <strong>positive balance of recruitment &#8211; departures by 24,395 jobs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Specifically, based on the data for <strong>July<\/strong> <strong>2021<\/strong>, recruitment announcements amounted to <strong>288,893<\/strong>, while departures amounted to <strong>264,498<\/strong>. Of the <strong>264,498<\/strong> total departures, <strong>109,631<\/strong> resulted from voluntary departures. The <strong>154,867<\/strong> departures resulted from terminations of open-ended contracts or terminations of fixed-term contracts.<\/p>\n\n<p>Comparing the data on an annual basis, <strong>43,516<\/strong> fewer positions emerge for July 2021 (positive balance of 24,395 positions). On the contrary, in July 2020 the balance was positive (67.911).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C4;&#x3B1;-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;&#x3C7;&#x3B5;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;&#x3BC;&#x3AE;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;-&#x3C0;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B7;\"><strong>Seven months&#8217; data in the ERGANI system<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>In total, for the seven-month period <strong>January \u2013 July 2021,<\/strong> recruitment announcements in the private sector amounted to <strong>1,282,489<\/strong> jobs. Departures reached <strong>1,007,484,<\/strong> <strong>528,419<\/strong> were the result of terminations of open-ended contracts or expirations of fixed-term contracts, and <strong>479,065<\/strong> voluntary departures.<\/p>\n\n<p>Thus, <strong>the balance of salaried employment flows in the private sector of the first seven months of the year 2021 is positive and stands at 275,005 new jobs.<\/strong><br\/>Along with the electronic submissions of recruitment &#8211; dismissal forms through the <strong>ERGANI Information System <\/strong>, there is also a very small percentage of companies that were forced to submit forms manually to the regional offices of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dypa.gov.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OAED<\/a><\/strong>. The reason has to do with the cases of late submissions, in which the prescribed fines are also imposed. Also with especially few cases of businesses that are unable to submit the relevant data electronically. The balance of flows of salaried employment in the private sector for these specific categories of enterprises for July, according to the data cited by <strong>OAED<\/strong>, is <strong>414 <\/strong>job losses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An increase in paid employment in the private sector occurred in July.
