20 euros per square meter.<\/strong> It is recalled that with the data so far, the amount of the subsidy is at 180 euros per square meter. <strong>This amount now stands at EUR 200.<\/strong> This amount, however, is lower than the proposals tabled which also mentioned up to EUR 270 per square metre.<\/p>\n\n<p>This is because, on the basis of a total budget of EUR 632 million, Euro, the ministry must act wisely. <strong>This budget will be allocated to 50,000 homes and the frameworks for bold increases are very narrow.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C7;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3AC;&#x3B3;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;\"><strong>Timetable<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>\u0397 \u03c0\u03bb\u03b1\u03c4\u03c6\u03cc\u03c1\u03bc\u03b1 \u03b3\u03b9\u03b1 \u03ad\u03bd\u03c4\u03b1\u03be\u03b7 \u03c3\u03c4\u03bf <strong>\u03bd\u03ad\u03bf It is pending whether the ministry will accept the proposal to extend the time for submitting applications to two months. Currently the time for submitting proposals is one month.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3BD;&#x3AD;&#x3BF;-&#x3B5;&#x3BE;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3BF;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3BC;&#x3CE;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3B4;&#x3CC;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;\"><strong>\u039d\u03ad\u03bf \u0395\u03be\u03bf\u03b9\u03ba\u03bf\u03bd\u03bf\u03bc\u03ce &#8211; \u0395\u03c0\u03b9\u03b4\u03cc\u03c4\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The subsidy rate is expected to reach between 40% and 75%. Within six months, at least thirty percent (30%) of the eligible work must be completed.
