The duration of their implementation is 3 months from the date of adoption of this decision, in accordance with Chapter 8 of the Detailed Call for Action, as in force.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3CB;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3B8;&#x3AD;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The beneficiaries of the grant are obliged to respect the specific conditions resulting from the aid scheme. As well as to comply with the obligations arising from the ESIF Regulations and described in the Detailed Call of the Action, as in force.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3B4;&#x3BF;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B4;&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3AC;&#x3BD;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B1;&#x3C5;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3B7;&#x3B3;&#x3CC;&#x3C1;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;\"><strong>Subsidized costs of self-employed lawyers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>In order to digitally modernise the offices of self-employed lawyers, the following costs of supplying equipment are <strong>exclusively<\/strong> subsidised:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>laptops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>routers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>webcams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Microphones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>earphones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speakers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>video conferencing systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>scanners\/multifunction devices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>video conferencing\/projection screens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>The eligible costs shall be the costs of acquiring fixed assets<\/strong> for which the acquisition cost of each distinct piece of equipment is not more than EUR 1 500 and up to the grant thresholds.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C2;-&#x3B1;&#x3C5;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3B7;&#x3B3;&#x3CC;&#x3C1;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;\"><strong>Objections of Self-Employed Lawyers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The beneficiaries of the grant may submit a complaint, within an exclusive deadline of ten (10) calendar days from the day following the relevant notification, by email to the e-mail address stated in the funding application. Objections are submitted exclusively through the PSKE in accordance with Chapter 11.4 &#8220;APPEALS PROCEDURE&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3CC;&#x3C1;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3C8;&#x3B7;\"><strong>Rejection <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>With a separate announcement, the Ministry announced the rejection as ineligible of 186 applications for funding in the action <strong>&#8220;Subsidy for Self-Employed Lawyers&#8221;<\/strong> of a total requested Public Expenditure of 338.268,25 euros, due to incompleteness of supporting documents and \/ or non-compliance with formal conditions of participation, as reflected in Table 1 of this Rejection Decision.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C2;-&#x3B1;&#x3C5;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3B7;&#x3B3;&#x3CC;&#x3C1;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-1\"><strong>Objections of Self-Employed Lawyers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Candidates whose funding applications are hereby rejected, may alternatively either submit a new funding application until 30\/09\/2021 or submit an objection within an exclusive deadline of ten (10) calendar days from the day following the relevant notification, via email to the email address stated in the funding application.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Objections are submitted exclusively through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ependyseis.gr\/mis\/(S(jhk1zvwmaymrs1s214fqvoe2))\/System\/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fmis%2f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PSKE<\/a> and in accordance with Chapter 11.4 &#8220;APPEALS PROCEDURE&#8221;<\/strong>.
