In particular, the Program includes five (5) categories of incentives, in which the Beneficiaries are included according to their income. The &#8220;<strong>New Exoikonomo<\/strong>&#8221; will contribute significantly to the achievement of the goal set in the National Energy and Climate Plan (NECP) for the total energy upgrade of 600,000 buildings by 2030.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3AF;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3B4;&#x3BF;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;&#x3BD;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;\"><strong>Subsidized Housing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Within the framework of the Program there are two (2) distinct types of applications:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>J. Application for an Individual Apartment or Detached House,<\/strong><br\/><strong>ii. Apartment Building application (including applications of apartments as part of an application to an apartment building).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C9;&#x3C6;&#x3B5;&#x3BB;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;-&#x3BA;&#x3AF;&#x3BD;&#x3B7;&#x3C4;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;\"><strong>Beneficiaries &#8211; Incentives<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Natural persons who have a lien on an eligible residence are eligible to participate in the <strong>ExoEconomy 2021<\/strong> Programme.<\/p>\n\n<p>The right in rem (full ownership \/ usufruct \/ small ownership) of the applicant should exist during the reference year of the Program (tax year 2020) as well as at the time of submission of the application.<\/p>\n\n<p>In case there are several beneficiaries of rights in rem (joint owners) in an eligible residence: if the main use of the residence under application is made by one of the joint owners, only the co-owner who owns it has the right to participate in the Program.<\/p>\n\n<p>If the main use of the residence under application is made by another person who is not a joint owner, the right to participate in the Program is granted to anyone with a right in rem of full ownership \/ usufruct (not small ownership), with the consent of the others.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>An application for an energy upgrade in a house whose right in rem was acquired after 31\/12\/2020 (recent acquisition of property) is not accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Short-term rental properties are not eligible.<\/p>\n\n<p>For applications of individual apartments, detached houses and apartments as part of an application to an Apartment Building, the maximum grant rate is defined as follows:<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;-&#x3BD;&#x3AD;&#x3BF;-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3CC;&#x3B3;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;-&#x3C0;&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3BB;&#x3B1;&#x3BC;&#x3B2;&#x3AC;&#x3BD;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;-5-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3B3;&#x3BF;&#x3C1;&#x3AF;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3AF;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3C5;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3BC;&#x3B5;-&#x3B2;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;-&#x3C4;&#x3B1;-&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C3;&#x3BF;&#x3B4;&#x3B7;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3AC;-&#x3BA;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3C4;&#x3AE;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3C4;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;&#x3C7;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;\"><strong>The new programme includes 5 categories of aid, based on the income criteria of the beneficiaries<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>-In case the use of housing is made by the applicant (owner-occupied housing), the subsidy rate is staggered per income category. <strong>In case there are several co-owners, only the co-owner who owns it has the right to apply to the Program.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>-\u03a3\u03b5 \u03c0\u03b5\u03c1\u03af\u03c0\u03c4\u03c9\u03c3\u03b7 \u03cc\u03c0\u03bf\u03c5 \u03b7 \u03c7\u03c1\u03ae\u03c3\u03b7 \u03ba\u03b1\u03c4\u03bf\u03b9\u03ba\u03af\u03b1\u03c2 \u03b3\u03af\u03bd\u03b5\u03c4\u03b1\u03b9 \u03b1\u03c0\u03cc \u03c4\u03c1\u03af\u03c4\u03bf \u03c0\u03c1\u03cc\u03c3\u03c9\u03c0\u03bf-\u03bc\u03b7 \u03c3\u03c5\u03b3\u03ba\u03cd\u03c1\u03b9\u03bf, (\u03b4\u03c9\u03c1\u03b5\u03ac\u03bd \u03c0\u03b1\u03c1\u03b1\u03c7\u03ce\u03c1\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7\/\u03b5\u03bd\u03bf\u03b9\u03ba\u03af\u03b1\u03c3\u03b7), \u03ba\u03b1\u03c4\u03ac \u03c4\u03b7\u03bd \u03bf\u03c0\u03bf\u03af\u03b1 \u03b4\u03b9\u03ba\u03b1\u03af\u03c9\u03bc\u03b1 \u03c5\u03c0\u03bf\u03b2\u03bf\u03bb\u03ae\u03c2 \u03b1\u03af\u03c4\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2 \u03c3\u03c4\u03bf \u03a0\u03c1\u03cc\u03b3\u03c1\u03b1\u03bc\u03bc\u03b1 <strong>\u0395\u03be\u03bf\u03b9\u03ba\u03bf\u03bd\u03bf\u03bc\u03ce 2021<\/strong> <strong>\u03ad\u03c7\u03b5\u03b9 \u03bf\u03c0\u03bf\u03b9\u03bf\u03c3\u03b4\u03ae\u03c0\u03bf\u03c4\u03b5 \u03b5\u03ba \u03c4\u03c9\u03bd \u03b5\u03c0\u03b9\u03ba\u03b1\u03c1\u03c0\u03c9\u03c4\u03ce\u03bd \u2013 \u03c0\u03bb\u03ae\u03c1\u03c9\u03bd \u03ba\u03c5\u03c1\u03af\u03c9\u03bd (\u03cc\u03c7\u03b9 \u03bf \u03c8\u03b9\u03bb\u03cc\u03c2 \u03ba\u03cd\u03c1\u03b9\u03bf\u03c2), \u03c4\u03bf \u03c0\u03bf\u03c3\u03bf\u03c3\u03c4\u03cc \u03b5\u03c0\u03b9\u03c7\u03bf\u03c1\u03ae\u03b3\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2 \u03b5\u03af\u03bd\u03b1\u03b9 \u03c3\u03c4\u03b1\u03b8\u03b5\u03c1\u03cc \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 \u03b1\u03bd\u03b5\u03be\u03ac\u03c1\u03c4\u03b7\u03c4\u03bf \u03b5\u03b9\u03c3\u03bf\u03b4\u03b7\u03bc\u03b1\u03c4\u03b9\u03ba\u03ae\u03c2 \u03ba\u03b1\u03c4\u03b7\u03b3\u03bf\u03c1\u03af\u03b1\u03c2.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>For apartment building applications, when the total of the millimeters of the apartment building participates, an additional grant (bonus) of + 10% is provided to the planned grant rate of each participating apartment.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Grant rate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The grant rate refers to the eligible intervention budget. For the remainder of up to 100% of the eligible intervention budget there is the possibility of granting a loan. <strong>The interest subsidy is given on the basis of a relevant request of the Beneficiary.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u0397 \u03b4\u03b1\u03c0\u03ac\u03bd\u03b7 \u03b3\u03b9\u03b1 \u03c4\u03bf \u03ba\u03cc\u03c3\u03c4\u03bf\u03c2 \u03c4\u03c9\u03bd \u03b4\u03cd\u03bf \u03b5\u03bd\u03b5\u03c1\u03b3\u03b5\u03b9\u03b1\u03ba\u03ce\u03bd \u03b5\u03c0\u03b9\u03b8\u03b5\u03c9\u03c1\u03ae\u03c3\u03b5\u03c9\u03bd, \u03b7 \u03b4\u03b1\u03c0\u03ac\u03bd\u03b7 \u03c4\u03bf\u03c5 \u03c3\u03c5\u03bc\u03b2\u03bf\u03cd\u03bb\u03bf\u03c5 \u03ad\u03c1\u03b3\u03bf\u03c5, \u03b7 \u03b4\u03b1\u03c0\u03ac\u03bd\u03b7 \u03b3\u03b9\u03b1 \u03c4\u03b7\u03bd \u03ba\u03b1\u03c4\u03ac\u03c1\u03c4\u03b9\u03c3\u03b7 \u03c4\u03b7\u03c2 \u0397\u03bb\u03b5\u03ba\u03c4\u03c1\u03bf\u03bd\u03b9\u03ba\u03ae\u03c2 \u03a4\u03b1\u03c5\u03c4\u03cc\u03c4\u03b7\u03c4\u03b1\u03c2 \u039a\u03c4\u03b9\u03c1\u03af\u03bf\u03c5\/\u0394\u03b9\u03b7\u03c1\u03b7\u03bc\u03ad\u03bd\u03b7\u03c2 \u0399\u03b4\u03b9\u03bf\u03ba\u03c4\u03b7\u03c3\u03af\u03b1\u03c2 \u03ba\u03b1\u03b8\u03ce\u03c2 \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 \u03c4\u03c5\u03c7\u03cc\u03bd \u03bb\u03bf\u03b9\u03c0\u03ad\u03c2 \u03b4\u03b1\u03c0\u03ac\u03bd\u03b5\u03c2 \u03bc\u03b5\u03bb\u03b5\u03c4\u03ce\u03bd, \u03ba\u03b1\u03bb\u03cd\u03c0\u03c4\u03bf\u03bd\u03c4\u03b1\u03b9 \u03b5\u03be\u03bf\u03bb\u03bf\u03ba\u03bb\u03ae\u03c1\u03bf\u03c5 \u03b1\u03c0\u03cc \u03c4\u03bf \u03a0\u03c1\u03cc\u03b3\u03c1\u03b1\u03bc\u03bc\u03b1 \u0395\u03be\u03bf\u03b9\u03ba\u03bf\u03bd\u03bf\u03bc\u03ce 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Please note that under no circumstances are non-residential properties of the building eligible.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>In order to be eligible, a dwelling must meet the following general conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 It exists legally.<br\/>\u2022 It has not been deemed demolishable.<br\/>\u2022 It is used as the main residence.<br\/>\u2022 It has been classified based on the First Energy Performance Certificate (A&#8217; P.E.A.) in a category lower than or equal to C.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3CD;&#x3C8;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3B4;&#x3CC;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Amount of subsidy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Maximum Aid Rate: 75%<\/strong><br\/>The new programme includes 5 categories of aid, based on the income criteria of the beneficiaries:<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3BB;&#x3AD;&#x3BE;&#x3B9;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B4;&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3AC;&#x3BD;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3B5;&#x3BE;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3BF;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3BC;&#x3CE;-2021\"><strong>Eligible Costs for Energy Saving 2021<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The starting date for eligibility of expenditure is 01\/02\/2020 under Regulation (EU) 2021\/241 establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility. Projects which, on the basis of the expenditure documents provided, have been physically completed shall not be eligible. Or projects that have been fully executed up to and including the date of submission of the application.<\/p>\n\n<p>Only interventions completed after the issuance of the A&#8217; SMO can be considered eligible for the Programme. Other Saving Interventions (smart home, lighting upgrade).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3AD;&#x3C2;-&#x3B7;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3BC;&#x3B7;&#x3BD;&#x3AF;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Important dates<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3B8;&#x3B5;&#x3C3;&#x3BC;&#x3AF;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Deadlines<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Application duration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The possibility to submit applications electronically will be provided for a period of <strong>30 days.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Electronic Building Identity \/ Independent Divided Property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>After the end of the submission of applications and only for the initially eligible applications, a deadline of <strong>60 days<\/strong> will be given for the submission of an Electronic Building Identity \/ Independent Divided Property.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Lending<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Approved applications for which the applicant has chosen to proceed with the Loan Program receive a deadline of <strong>120 days<\/strong> for the commencement and completion of the loan process. Within the above deadline, an application for a loan must be submitted to a partner bank and approved.
