of <strong>reducing the digital gender gap<\/strong>, the <strong>equal opportunities<\/strong> in the labour market and <strong>Getting<\/strong> more young women into organic jobs <strong>in the technology sector,<\/strong> where they are significantly under-represented, <strong>EY Greece and ReGeneration created ReGeneration<\/strong> <strong>academy<\/strong> <strong>for<\/strong> <strong>Women<\/strong> <strong>in<\/strong> <strong>data<\/strong> <strong>engineering<\/strong> <strong>powered<\/strong> <strong>by<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ey.com\/el_gr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EY<\/a><\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the <strong>European Commission&#8217;s Digital Skills for 2020<\/strong>, <strong>Greece is ranked 26th.<\/strong> Only 16.4% of women <strong>report being skilled professionals employed in <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/information-communications-technologies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the IT and technology sector.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0397 \u03b5\u03be\u03b5\u03b9\u03b4\u03b9\u03ba\u03b5\u03c5\u03bc\u03ad\u03bd\u03b7 \u03b1\u03c5\u03c4\u03ae \u03b1\u03ba\u03b1\u03b4\u03b7\u03bc\u03af\u03b1 <strong>\u03b8\u03b1 \u03b5\u03c6\u03bf\u03b4\u03b9\u03ac\u03c3\u03b5\u03b9 \u03c4\u03b9\u03c2 \u03c5\u03c0\u03bf\u03c8\u03ae\u03c6\u03b9\u03b5\u03c2 \u03bc\u03b5 \u03b3\u03bd\u03ce\u03c3\u03b5\u03b9\u03c2 \u03b1\u03bd\u03c4\u03b1\u03b3\u03c9\u03bd\u03b9\u03c3\u03c4\u03b9\u03ba\u03ad\u03c2 <strong>Data Engineers<\/strong>. \u03a0\u03b1\u03c1\u03ac\u03bb\u03bb\u03b7\u03bb\u03b1 \u03b8\u03b1 \u03c3\u03c5\u03bc\u03b2\u03ac\u03bb\u03bb\u03b5\u03b9 \u03c3\u03b5 \u03ad\u03bd\u03b1 <strong>\u03c3\u03c5\u03bc\u03c0\u03b5\u03c1\u03b9\u03bb\u03b7\u03c0\u03c4\u03b9\u03ba\u03cc \u03b5\u03c1\u03b3\u03b1\u03c3\u03b9\u03b1\u03ba\u03cc \u03bf\u03b9\u03ba\u03bf\u03c3\u03cd\u03c3\u03c4\u03b7\u03bc\u03b1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training program includes an intensive practical training:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The theoretical principles and practical dimension of data collection and storage<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The creation of data structures<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The use of databases and the implementation of architectural databases<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exporting, converting and uploading data (Data Integration, ETL) to Data Warehouses<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program has a duration of <strong>100 teaching hours in 6 weeks<\/strong> and will take place online in a digital classroom environment, under the guidance of Code.Hub.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Applications will remain open until November 23, 2021, at 14:00.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
