Companies – employers will have the opportunity to submit declarations to PS ERGANI<\/a><\/strong> for inclusion in the SYN-ERGASIA Mechanism<\/strong> for the months of November 2021 (A’ Phase) and October 2021 (A’ Phase & B’ Phase). In addition, PS ERGANI<\/strong> will be available to submit declarations of suspensions of employment contracts of employees from businesses in areas of Evia affected by the fires<\/strong>. Also for the submission of accompanying supporting documents by the beneficiaries of financial assistance cinemas – film distributors<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

For the month of November 2021 \u2013 Phase I SYN-ERGASIA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Businesses – employers who wish to join the Mechanism for November, are given the opportunity to submit declarations:<\/p>\n\n

“APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION TO JOIN THE “SYN-ERGASIA” MECHANISM (A – PHASE)” and “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION TO JOIN THE “COOPERATION” MECHANISM (A – PHASE) – CORRECT REPETITION”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Any change or modification of the organization of working time should be notified in advance via the E4 form:<\/p>\n\n

Staff Table – Supplementary Hours of employees who join the MECHANISM, from 3\/11\/2021 to 30\/11\/2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

It is also possible to process the correct repetitions of applications\/declarations to join the Mechanism – PHASE A. Repetitions can be submitted throughout the above deadline.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

For the month of October 2021 \u2013 Phase I CO-OPERATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The deadline for submitting statements<\/strong> “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF JOINING THE “COOPERATION” MECHANISM (A – PHASE)” and “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF JOINING THE “COOPERATION” MECHANISM (A – PHASE) – CORRECT REPEAT”<\/strong> is extended for the PHASE October 2021, until 3\/11\/2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

For the month of October 2021 \u2013 Phase II SYN-ERGASIA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

It is possible to submit the statements “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF JOINING THE “SYN-ERGASIA” MECHANISM (Phase II)” from 4\/11\/2021 to 12\/11\/2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Submission of statements of suspensions of employment contracts of employees by businesses in areas of Evia affected by the fires<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

PS ERGANI<\/strong> will be available from 3\/11\/2021 until 10\/11\/2021<\/strong> for the submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of some or all of the employees of employers’ undertakings – irrespective of the sector and business activity and irrespective of whether or not they have suffered material damage – established or having a branch in areas affected by the fires and belonging to the administrative boundaries of the Municipalities of Istiia – Edipsos and Mantoudiou – Limni Agia Anna of Regional Unit of Evia<\/a><\/strong> in accordance with the provisions of KYA 60622\/17-8-2021 “Emergency and urgent measures for the protection of jobs in the affected areas from the natural disasters caused by the fires of August 2021” (B’ 3816). 1 to 2 November 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In the suspension declaration form, they select the relevant SPECIAL CASE “Businesses affected by the fires of August 2021”.<\/p>\n\n
