The deadline for online funding applications for the Action: support for start-ups of the National Register Elevate Greece to tackle the Covid-19 pandemic of <\/strong>EPANEK has been extended again. The new deadline for the submission of funding applications is Wednesday, November 10, 2021<\/strong> at 15.00<\/strong> instead of Friday, October 29, 2021 at 15:00.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The Action aims to strengthen the entrepreneurship and liquidity<\/strong> of start-ups\/innovative SMEs<\/a><\/strong> (operating in Smart Specialisation\/RIS3 sectors) of the National Registry of Start-ups Elevate Greece<\/strong>, under the adverse conditions of the COVID-19 crisis, which was exacerbated by the prolonged outbreak of the disease in the affected CDCs. The aid will take the form of a grant (working capital).<\/strong> This will keep businesses viable and no jobs will be lost.<\/p>\n\n

Budget of the Action<\/strong> of Elevate Greece<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The budget amounts to EUR 60 million. euros<\/strong> for all regions of the country.<\/p>\n\n

The Action is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund<\/a> (ERDF) of the European Union and by national resources.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Beneficiaries of the Action<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

New innovative small and medium-sized enterprises<\/strong> that are registered in the National Register of Start-ups\/E.M.N.E. Elevate Greece, www.elevategreece.gov.gr.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Grant<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The public funding covers working capital up to 80% of the company’s expenses for the reference year (2019 or 2020) with a minimum grant amount of 5,000 euros and a maximum of 100,000 euros.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Beneficiaries choose the year in which they incurred the highest working capital expenditure, namely 2019 or 2020 on which the requested grant amount will be calculated.<\/p>\n\n

The subsidy of the beneficiary enterprises with expenses equal to or greater than the amount of 125,000 euros amounts to 100,000 euros.<\/strong> Businesses shall not be subsidised if the result of the audit demonstrates a sum of costs of less than EUR 6 250.<\/p>\n\n
