The program is implemented in collaboration with the  <strong>Startup Pathways. The event will take place online via Microsoft Teams from Friday 17 December to 19 December from 10:00 to 15:30.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>Startup School<\/strong> aims to equip and acquaint young people with the necessary skills. <strong>This way they will be able to scale their startup<\/strong>. The <strong>participants &#8211; startuppers<\/strong> will have the opportunity to be trained and learn from renowned C-level Executives, famous Startuppers and successful ScaleUp Founders, the necessary skills and participate in trainings necessary for the business stage they are in, such as:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>service design<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>pitching<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>HR<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3CC;&#x3B3;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;-startup-school-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3CC;&#x3B3;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3AC;&#x3C1;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;\"><strong>The Startup School program<\/strong> <strong>and the training program<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3CE;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;-&#x3B7;&#x3BC;&#x3AD;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;\"><strong>First day<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>On the first day the participants <strong>they will be trained in the use of Service Design methodology. <\/strong>That is, how to design an innovative and unique <strong>product\/service journey<\/strong>. The training will be conducted by Dimitris Papadimitriou, founder of Startup Pathways and Leadership Coach. Then follows the Panel on &#8220;Corporate &amp; Startup \u2013 The ideal mix&#8221;. <strong>The adoption dynamics of ScaleUp components<\/strong> by Corporate and Corporate components by ScaleUps will be analyzed. Participating are Mylaidi Stoumbou, Regional Director \u2013 Microsoft, Nikos Nikolakopoulos, CEO \u2013 Intralot, Evangelos Gizelis, CEO \u2013 Gizelis Robotics and Antonis Barounas, ex Senior Vice President HTC. <strong>The first day will conclude with Haris Takas, Senior Marketing Director at e-food in a fireside chat with the Program Manager of Microsoft for Startups, Suzana Theodoridou.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B4;&#x3B5;&#x3CD;&#x3C4;&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B7;-&#x3B7;&#x3BC;&#x3AD;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;\"><strong>Second day<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The Regional Director of Microsoft, Mylaidi Stoumbou opens the program of the second day <strong>with a speech &#8211; a surprise and aimed at alerting the founders<\/strong>. This is followed <strong>by training in pitching<\/strong> and influence techniques from Startup Pathways and Dimitris Papadimitriou. The ScaleUp Panel of the 2nd day concerns <strong>fundraising \/ financing techniques and experiences from well-known Greek Startups<\/strong>, who will share their own story (Maria Kaini, CEO \u2013 i2d, Konstantinos Loizou, CEO \u2013 Embiodiagnostics and Kostas Karolemeas, CEO \u2013 AllCanCode). <strong>The day ends with the fireside chat of Panos Papadopoulos, Partner of Marathon VC and Suzana Theodoridou.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C4;&#x3C1;&#x3AF;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;-&#x3B7;&#x3BC;&#x3AD;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;-startup-school\"><strong>Third day<\/strong> <strong>at the startup school<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The third day starts with <strong>a session dedicated to cloud services<\/strong> by Microsoft&#8217;s Cloud Solutions Architect, Sofia Hanialaki. This is followed by training on Team Dynamics and entitled &#8220;The transition from a Team <strong>of Co-Founders to ScaleUp 100 employees<\/strong>&#8221; by the founder of Startup Pathways and Leadership Coach Dimitris Papadimitriou. The ScaleUp Panel focuses on scale up possibilities in different countries (Kostas Oikonomopoulos, CEO-CubeRM, Dimitris Doukas, CIO-NET2GRID and Nikos Papanotas, CEO-Geekbot). The event closes with <strong>a fireside chat and guest speaker Manos Perakakis from Mentionlytics<\/strong> regarding the success story at Microsoft.<\/p>\n\n<p>The application period has already started and <strong>will close on Sunday 12 December<\/strong>.
