{"id":7618,"date":"2022-11-15T10:05:15","date_gmt":"2022-11-15T10:05:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-espa.summerize.io\/syn-ergasia-deadlines-for-new-declaration-submissions\/"},"modified":"2023-08-18T18:03:38","modified_gmt":"2023-08-18T18:03:38","slug":"syn-ergasia-deadlines-for-new-declaration-submissions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/syn-ergasia-deadlines-for-new-declaration-submissions\/","title":{"rendered":"SYN-ERGASIA: Deadlines for new declaration submissions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/syn-ergasia-oi-prothesmies-gia-tis-nees-ypovoles-dhloseon-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The possibility to submit to the  <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/eservices.yeka.gr\/(S(zk4ayujferkifgu3ku3crr11))\/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">MA ERGANI<\/a>\n<\/strong> The  <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/category_of_beneficiary\/epixiriseis-epidotisi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">businesses<\/a>\n<\/strong> the declarations &#8216;APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF INTEGRATION INTO THE MECHANISM  <strong>CO-OPERATION<\/strong> (PHASE A)&#8221; and &#8220;APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF INTEGRATION INTO THE CO-OPERATION MECHANISM (PHASE A) &#8211; DEFINITIVE REPLACEMENT&#8221; are available to enterprises &#8211; employers wishing to join  <strong>in the SYN-ERGASIA Mechanism for the month of December 202<\/strong>1 (Phase A) <strong>from 1\/12\/2021 to 31\/12\/2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>In any case, the obligation remains to notify in advance of any change or modification of the organization of working time through form E4:<\/strong> Table of Personnel &#8211; Supplementary Hours of the employees who are part of the MECHANISM, for the month of DECEMBER.<\/p>\n\n<p>For the month of <strong>November 2021<\/strong> <strong>(Phase B)<\/strong>, the possibility of submitting the declarations &#8220;APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE <strong>CO-OPERATION<\/strong> MECHANISM (PHASE B)&#8221; and &#8220;APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE CO-OPERATION MECHANISM (PHASE B) &#8211; DEFINITE REPLACEMENT&#8221; is given <strong>from 1\/12\/2021 to 8\/12\/2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>For the months of <strong>September and<\/strong> <strong>October 2021<\/strong> <strong>(Phase B)<\/strong>, the possibility of submitting the applications &#8220;APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE <strong>CO-OPERATION<\/strong> MECHANISM (PHASE B)&#8221; and &#8220;APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE CO-OPERATION MECHANISM (PHASE B) &#8211; DEFINITE REPLACEMENT&#8221; is given <strong>from 1\/12\/2021 to 8\/12\/2021 <\/strong>, only for:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>employees for whom no PHASE 2 declaration has been submitted<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>employees who were excluded from PHASE B payments<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong><u>It is noted that<\/u><\/strong>  before submitting the form &#8220;APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF INTEGRATION INTO THE MECHANISM  <strong>SYN-ERGASIA<\/strong>  (SECOND PHASE) &#8211; URGENT REPETITION&#8217;.  <strong>for employees who were excluded from PHASE II payments, employers can search for the latest PHASE II statement<\/strong> and selecting the [Manage] button to be informed of the reasons for excluding employees from PHASE 2 payments.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3CC;&#x3B3;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;-100-000-&#x3BD;&#x3AD;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3B4;&#x3BF;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B8;&#x3AD;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;&#x3C2;\"><strong>100,000 new subsidized jobs program<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>I. Bank account corrections (IBAN) of businesses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>It is possible to submit correct application repetitions-responsible declarations of inclusion in the Open Program of 100,000 new subsidized jobs <strong>for any corrections of the credit institution and the bank account (IVAN) of the company,<\/strong> for cases where the employer company has included in the program a long-term unemployed or seasonal employee of the tourism and food industry without the right of compulsory re-employment, <strong>provided the business has not been paid.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u0399\u0399. Business seasonality statement for recruitments that have taken place from 19\/6\/2021 to 30\/6\/2021<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>In businesses &#8211; employers that are seasonal within the meaning of c. b&#8217; of par. 2 of article 4 of n. 1545\/1985 (A&#8217; 91) and which:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>a<\/strong>. within the time period from <strong>19\/6\/2021 to 30\/6\/2021<\/strong> they recruited employees with a contract of dependent labor under private law, with full or part-time employment, lasting 6 months, through the open program of 100,000 new subsidized jobs and<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>b.<\/strong> in the program inclusion application for the above workers <strong>they did not declare<\/strong> their seasonality [as the special field was not available before 6\/30\/2021],<\/p>\n\n<p>in order to be classified as seasonal and subject to par. 11a of article 130 of Law 4808\/19-6-2021 (\u0391\u0384101), they are given the opportunity to make a CORRECT REPETITION of the &#8220;Application &#8211; Responsible declaration of inclusion <strong>in the open program of 100,000 new subsidized jobs<\/strong> of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ypergasias.gov.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs<\/a><\/strong>&#8220;, in the P.S. ERGANI to declare their seasonality, selected the special field &#8220;SEASONAL BUSINESS &#8211; EMPLOYER UNDER THE DEFINITION OF PAR. B&#8217; OF PAR. 2 OF ARTICLE 4 OF LA 1545\/1985 (A&#8217; 91)&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u0399\u0399\u0399.
