The dates for submitting declarations to the ERGANI system<\/strong> of cultural enterprises<\/a>, workers in enterprises of fire-affected areas of B. Evia<\/a> and workers in businesses in earthquake-affected areas of Crete<\/a><\/strong>, announced the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.<\/p>\n\n

Submission of applications to the ERGANI Programme by cultural enterprises for inclusion in the financial support of the year 2021<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

From Friday 26\/11\/2021<\/u>,<\/strong> The operators of theatres, music halls, dance halls, concert and performance venues, cinemas and distributors of films in cinemas<\/strong>, may submit applications for financial assistance under Article 70 of Law No.<\/strong> 4745\/2020, which is in the form of financial coverage of spectator seats\/tickets for the year 2021<\/u>, on the dedicated platform<\/strong> held at PS ERGANI<\/strong>. Detailed instructions are posted on the platform.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of employees from companies in areas of B. of Evia affected by the fires for the month of November 2021<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The MA ERGANI<\/strong> will be available from 7\/12\/2021 until 10\/12\/2021<\/u><\/strong> for the submission of declarations of suspension of the employment contracts of some or all of the employees (who were hired until August 2, 2021), from businesses – employers, based on the Civil Code, which are based or have branches in areas affected by the fires and which belong to administrative boundaries of Municipalities of Istiaia – Edipsos and Mantoudi – Lake Agia Anna of the Regional Unit of Evia<\/strong> for the period from 3 to 30 November 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In the suspension declaration form, they select the relevant SPECIAL CASE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Submission of unilateral declarations by workers whose employment contract was terminated in the fire-affected areas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

PS ERGANI<\/strong> will be available from 30\/11\/2021 to 9\/12\/2021<\/u><\/strong> for the submission of unilateral declarations by workers in companies in the above fire-affected areas whose employment contract was terminated by notice during the period from 3 August 2021 to 13 August 2021.<\/p>\n\n

Submission of declarations to the ERGANI system for the suspension of employment contracts of workers from companies affected by the earthquake in the Region of Crete<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Finally, the The ERGANI<\/strong> system will be available for the submission of declarations of suspension of part or all of the employment contracts of workers (who were employed up to 26September 2021<\/sup>) by companies – employers, regardless of sector and business activity, in areas of the Region of Crete<\/strong> that were hit by the earthquake on 27.9.2021 and suffered material damage, as certified by the Re-inspection<\/strong> report by which the building has been deemed dangerous for use or temporarily unfit for use or by the Quick Autopsy Report<\/strong> by which the building has been declared uninhabitable or by Autopsy Protocol of a Prefabricated Building at Risk of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport,<\/strong> within the following deadlines:<\/p>\n\n

Finally, it is clarified that for the submission of unilateral statements by employees in companies in the above areas whose employment contract has been terminated by notice, a new announcement will follow.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The above become beneficiaries of extraordinary financial aid, as special purpose compensation, from the date of termination of their employment relationship and for a period not exceeding three (3) months<\/strong>. The relevant application – solemn declaration is submitted on a monthly basis on the electronic platform of the special support mechanism for workers of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs<\/a><\/strong>. A solemn declaration by an employer is not required.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
