On Friday, December 3, 2021<\/strong>, the deadline for the submission of electronic business applications for the remaining positions of the program for the acquisition of 7 months of work experience of unemployed 18-30 years old with 100% salary subsidy and insurance contributions<\/strong> in the Regions of Western Greece<\/a><\/strong> (250 positions) and Epirus<\/a><\/strong> (150 positions) of OAED expires.<\/p>\n\n

Specifically, 75% of the total 1,600 positions<\/strong> advertised have already been filled, giving the opportunity to young people to gain valuable experience, upgrade their qualifications and prepare for integration into the labor market.<\/p>\n\n

Beneficiaries are registered in the unemployment registers<\/a> of the Employment Promotion Centres (KPA2) of the OAED located in areas of the Regions of Western Greece and Epirus,<\/strong> aged 18-30, graduates of any educational level<\/strong>. The aim of the action is to enhance young people’s access to the labour market and to halt the brain drain.<\/p>\n\n

The programme has a budget of EUR 10.5 million. euros<\/strong> lasts 7 months. OAED pays to beneficiaries monthly allowance equal to the minimum net wage (with full insurance contributions). The proportion of holiday gifts and holiday allowances is also paid.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Businesses interested in participating are included in the program, depending on the staff they employ, as follows:<\/p>\n\n

A prerequisite is that the company has not made a reduction in staff due to termination of an employment contract in the 3 months before the submission of the application.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Applications for work experience positions<\/strong> OAED<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Employers interested in participating will submit a single online application<\/strong> to the Integrated Information System (OPAED) of the OAED (e-services), which is posted on the website of the Agency, at: \n https:\/\/www.oaed.gr\/proghrammata-anoikhta<\/strong>\n<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Then, the employment consultants of OAED will indicate to the company candidates, according to the specialty and the required qualifications<\/strong>. Then the company will choose among the candidates for recruitment. <\/p>\n\n
