{"id":7554,"date":"2022-11-14T13:06:08","date_gmt":"2022-11-14T13:06:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-espa.summerize.io\/ergani-negative-balance-of-jobs-in-october\/"},"modified":"2023-08-11T08:56:43","modified_gmt":"2023-08-11T08:56:43","slug":"ergani-negative-balance-of-jobs-in-october","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/ergani-negative-balance-of-jobs-in-october\/","title":{"rendered":"ERGANI: Negative balance of jobs in October"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/ergani-arnitiko-to-isozigio-ton-theseon-ergasias-ton-oktovrio-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>The balance of payroll employment flows was negative by 70,048 jobs in October<\/strong>, according to data from the <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.gr\/arxes\/oloi-foreis\/ergasias-kai-koinonikon-upotheseon\/enemerose-ergazomenon-myergani\">ERGANI Information System<\/a>\n<\/strong>, while it remained positive in the ten-month period from January to October.<\/p>\n\n<p>Specifically, according to an announcement of the <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/ypergasias.gov.gr\/\">Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs<\/a>\n<\/strong>, in October the <strong>announcements <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/category_of_beneficiary\/idiotes-epidotisi\/\"><strong>recruitment<\/strong> <strong>workers<\/strong><\/a> amounted to 230,174, while <strong>departures <\/strong>amounted to 300,222 (97,272 voluntary departures and 202,950 terminations of open-ended contracts or fixed-term contracts).<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.moneyreview.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/%CE%B9%CF%83%CE%BF%CE%B6%CF%8D%CE%B3%CE%B9%CE%BF_%CE%95%CE%A1%CE%93%CE%91%CE%9D%CE%97.jpg?1637333442905\" alt=\"ergani-chathikan-70-000-theseis-ton-oktovrio0\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>The balance of payroll employment flows for the first quarter of 2021 is positive and stands at 214,809 new jobs according to ERGANI.<\/strong> Level that <strong>it is the highest balance sheet performance for the first ten months of the year, from 2001 to date<\/strong>. Departures reached 1,784,822. 978,813 were terminations of open-ended contracts or terminations of fixed-term contracts. 806,009 were voluntary departures. Thus, the balance of wage employment flows of the decade of 2021 is positive <strong>by 214,809 <\/strong>jobs.<\/p>\n\n<p>Consequently, the balance of the first ten months of 2021 is formed, at a higher level by: <strong>(a) 93,989 additional jobs, in relation to the balance of the corresponding time period of the year 2020. (b)<\/strong> <strong>46,527 more jobs compared to the balance of the first ten months of 2018.
