Research – Create – Innovate – Budget<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

More specifically, the total budget of the Action is 27.8 million. euro.<\/strong> The co-financed public expenditure from the Recovery Fund through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0”<\/strong> amounts to in 24.72 million euro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Implementing Agency: research – create – innovate<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The Action Implementation Agency has been designated the Special Service for the Management and Implementation of Actions in the Research<\/strong>, Technological<\/strong> Development<\/strong> and Innovation<\/strong> sectors (EYDE ETAK).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

It is addressed exclusively to the potential beneficiaries of 36 projects of the NSRF Programming Period 2014-2020.<\/strong> These proposals, although highly rated and considered excellent, were not funded. This happened because the available resources were exhausted.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u00abThe Ministry of Development and Investments<\/a><\/strong> manages to be one of the first ministries to absorb the Recovery Fund, just as we managed to take the lead in absorbing NSRF resources.<\/strong> In 2021 we proceed with the announcement of the potential beneficiaries 36 projects of the NSRF Programming Period 2014-2020<\/strong> so that all mature proposals are funded normally. We continue at the same pace.”<\/p>\n\n

\u201cWe made a conscious decision to immediately use the resources of the Recovery Fund<\/strong> to fund research<\/strong> proposals that had been evaluated very highly but had not been funded because the budget had been exhausted.<\/strong> In this way, we reward scientific excellence a<\/strong>nd support scientific and business innovation in practice.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
