Extension of the fixed costs subsidy by<\/strong> the Commission Ministry of Finance<\/a><\/strong>. This decision was made by the Ministry in order to support businesses affected by the pandemic<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

In particular, the decision concerns the amounts of aid in the form of a credit to the tax authority and e-EFKA <\/strong>and were issued under the aid in the form of a subsidy for fixed costs<\/strong>, and could be used by 31 December 2021.<\/strong> Longer to be used by 30 June 2022.<\/strong> The measure concerns those businesses that did not use them in their entirety<\/strong>, in line with the declaration already submitted.<\/p>\n\n

In particular, the extension of the subsidy for fixed costs in so far as it concerns right to deduct from tax debts<\/strong>, applies as a deduction from tax liabilities of the years 2021 and 2022.<\/strong> Liabilities rendered payable by 1 July 2021 to 30 June.<\/strong> 2022.<\/strong> The part concerning coverage of insurance contributions,<\/strong> the amount of aid is included as credit balance in the portions of the beneficiary enterprises.<\/strong> This amount is offset<\/strong> against the current insurance obligations arising from the Detailed Periodic Statements of the salary periods:<\/p>\n\n
