Also for the <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/aid_type\/public-employment-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">100,000 new jobs programme<\/a>\n<\/strong> which <strong>is extended by 50,000 positions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, the deadline for submitting declarations begins:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>for the SYN-ERGASIA Mechanism for January 2022 (Phase A),<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>for December 2021 (Phase B),<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>for January suspensions,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the unilateral statements of the artists for the same month<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>on the suspensions of employment contracts of employees in businesses in the fire-stricken areas of Northern Evia<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More specifically:<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B1;-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3B8;&#x3B5;&#x3C3;&#x3BC;&#x3AF;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3C5;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3B2;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3AE;&#x3C2;-&#x3B4;&#x3B7;&#x3BB;&#x3CE;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3BD;-&#x3BC;&#x3B7;&#x3C7;&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B9;&#x3C3;&#x3BC;&#x3CC;-&#x3C3;&#x3C5;&#x3BD;-&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3BD;-&#x3BC;&#x3AE;&#x3BD;&#x3B1;-&#x3B9;&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;&#x3AC;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;-2022-&#x3B1;-&#x3C6;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;-&#x3C0;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B7;\"><strong>\u0391. Deadlines for the submission of declarations for the COOPERATION mechanism for the month of January 2022 \u2013 Phase A<\/strong> <strong>in the ERGANI MAINTENANCE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To businesses that want <strong>to join the &#8220;SYN-ERGASIA&#8221; Mechanism<\/strong> <strong>for January 2022<\/strong> it is possible to submit statements &#8220;APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM &#8220;COOPERATION&#8221; (A \u0301- PHASE)&#8221; and &#8220;APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM &#8220;CO-OPERATION&#8221; (A \u0301 &#8211; PHASE) &#8211; CORRECT REPETITION&#8221;<strong> provided that any change in or change in the organisation of working time is notified in advance;<\/strong> through form E4: Establishment Plan \u2013 Supplementary Working Hours of the employees included in the MECHANISM, during the period 1-31 January 2022. Submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of employees in the ERGANI system by businesses in which a music ban is imposed and whose operation is restricted until 12:00 a.m. during the month of January 2022<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The ERGANI system is available from 1\/1\/2022 to 31\/1\/2022  <\/strong>for the submission of declarations of suspensions of employment contracts of part or all of their employees,<strong> who have been recruited up to and including <sup>30<\/sup> December 2021<\/strong>, for the month of January 2022, from private sector employers (as defined by the  <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minfin.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Ministry of Finance<\/a><\/strong>  in the EIA no.109412\/31-12-2021)  <strong>which have been subject to a music ban and whose head office or branches have been restricted until midnight<\/strong> by order of a public authority.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The suspension of employees&#8217; employment contracts for January 2022 is necessarily announced<\/strong>, at least the day before the suspension begins.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Especially, for employment <strong>contracts of employees that are suspended from January 1, 2022 until January 10, 2022<\/strong>, the solemn declarations of businesses &#8211; employers can be submitted from <strong>1\/1\/2022 until 10\/1\/2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B4;-&#x3C5;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3B2;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3AE;-&#x3B4;&#x3B7;&#x3BB;&#x3CE;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3BB;&#x3BB;&#x3B9;&#x3C4;&#x3B5;&#x3C7;&#x3BD;&#x3CE;&#x3BD;-&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3BD;-&#x3BC;&#x3AE;&#x3BD;&#x3B1;-&#x3B9;&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;&#x3AC;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;-2022\"><strong>D. Submission of artists&#8217; declarations for the month of January 2022<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Given the <strong>possibility for those registered on the dedicated platform<\/strong> to:  <a href=\"http:\/\/artandcultureprofessionals.services.gov.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">\n  <strong>artandcultureprofessionals.services.gov.gr<\/strong>\n<\/a> at  <strong>PES ERGANI<\/strong> of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs <strong>until 10\/1\/2021<\/strong>, Artists-Professionals of art and culture, in specific specialties as defined in No. 109435\/31-12-2021 JMD, who are beneficiaries of the special purpose compensation to make unilateral solemn declarations for the month of January 2022, <strong>from 1\/1\/2022 until 31\/1\/2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;-&#x3C5;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3B2;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3AE;-&#x3B4;&#x3B7;&#x3BB;&#x3CE;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3AD;&#x3BD;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;&#x3BE;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;&#x3C7;&#x3C4;&#x3CC;-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3CC;&#x3B3;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3CE;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;-&#x3AD;&#x3BD;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3BC;&#x3BF;\"><strong>\u0395. Submission of applications for membership of the First Signpost open programme<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The ERGANI system will be available from 1\/1\/2022<\/strong> for the submission of applications for businesses wishing to join the new Open Programme &#8220;First Sign&#8221;. In case businesses wish to integrate beneficiaries at the same time <strong>the Open Program &#8220;First Stamp&#8221; and the Open Program of 150,000 (extension of 100,000) new jobs<\/strong> submit for each young person beneficiary <strong>online application on a special form<\/strong>  entitled &#8220;Application &#8211; Responsible Declaration of a company &#8211; employer for parallel membership in the Open Programme PROTEST INSHIMO and the Open Programme for New Subsidised Jobs of article 28 of Law No. 4726\/2020 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs&#8221;, at  <strong>PS ERGANI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;&#x3C7;&#x3C4;&#x3CC;-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3CC;&#x3B3;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;-&#x3C4;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-100-000-&#x3BD;&#x3AD;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3B4;&#x3BF;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B8;&#x3AD;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;&#x3C2;\"><strong>West Open programme of 100,000 new subsidised jobs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The ERGANI PSP will be available from 1\/1\/2022<\/strong> for the submission of applications -declarations of businesses wishing to join the Open Program of New Subsidized Jobs of article 28 of the law. 4726\/2020, <strong>whose new jobs are increased by 50,000 as of 1\/1\/2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B6;-&#x3C5;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3B2;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3AE;-&#x3B4;&#x3B7;&#x3BB;&#x3CE;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;-&#x3C0;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B7;-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3CE;&#x3BD;-&#x3C3;&#x3C5;&#x3BC;&#x3B2;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3B1;&#x3B6;&#x3BF;&#x3BC;&#x3AD;&#x3BD;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3CC;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3C7;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C1;&#x3AE;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C2;-&#x3C3;&#x3B5;-&#x3C0;&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3C7;&#x3AD;&#x3C2;-&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3CD;&#x3B2;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;&#x3C2;-&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3BB;&#x3AE;&#x3B3;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B1;&#x3BD;-&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3CC;-&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3C2;-&#x3C0;&#x3C5;&#x3C1;&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3AD;&#x3C2;\"><strong>\u0396. Submission of declarations to the ERGANI system for the suspension of employment contracts of workers from enterprises in areas of Evia affected by the fires<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The ERGANI system will be available from 1\/1\/2022 until 31\/1\/2022<\/strong> for the submission of statements of suspensions of employment contracts of part or all of the employees for the month of January 2022, by employers&#8217; enterprises, based on CAR, based or having a branch in areas affected by the fires and belonging to <strong>in the administrative boundaries of the Municipalities of Istiaia &#8211; Edipsos and Mantoudi &#8211; Lake of Agia Anna of the Regional Unit of Evia<\/strong>, in accordance with the provisions of No. 60622\/17-8-2021 JMD, as in force.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the suspension declaration form they <strong>select the relevant SPECIAL CASE<\/strong> &#8220;Businesses affected by the fires of August 2021 based on Nace Code&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.espa.io\/epidotisi\/arrange-a-call\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On New Year&#8217;s Day, the information system of the PS ERGANI opened for the submission of applications for membership in the &#8220;First Stamp&#8221; programme.
